If you're looking for a top notch pilates studio this is the place for you. It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone. All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. All the instructors are fabulous- very attentive and extremely knowledgable. Class size is small, which is wonderful because you really receive that extra attention so you can perfect your form. I feel very fortunate to be a student at Pilates Plus. They will push you hard, but the results are great. When I am out of town for school, I try to find nearby pilates/barre studios. The studio is nicely tucked in a neighborhood along with food places. Free street parking if you get there at the right time, but there are parking garages if needed. The studio is clean, they have a small retail area, and most importantly the staff were very welcoming. Britney did an amazing job keeping our heart rate up and body moving! The best thing is if your body is saying no to an exercise, you can ditch it and Britney will come over for modifications. All-in-all, I had an amazing time rediscovering my body and muscles!

As a regular gym and studio junkie that loves a good group workout, Barre3 had all the elements I was looking for- strength, cardio, core, and jamming good tunes. First- let's talk location. You know that old cliché that location is everything? Well this holds true here! The newest studio is located just off I-25/Belleview, near the new Belleview Station development. For me, this makes coming to class extra convenient. I work downtown and live in the DTC- so I frequent the Belleview station park-n-ride. Boy is this convenient! It's literally on my way to and from work. Love it! Parking has not been an issue for me. I usually park on-street, but if that gets too busy (it might, with all these cool businesses opening), there's covered parking that's free. Good to have options! Okay, the studio. It's BE-U-TI-FUL! So clean, so bright, so welcoming! I'm in love with the simple color scheme and wooden floors in the studio. It is very inviting and energizing. Lockers are available for use that include a key, or you can also tuck your shoes in a cubby and hang coats on a hanger. The bathrooms are nice- they have some amenities like feminine products, hair ties, dry shampoo (YES! A must for me before work), and deodorant spray. Class workouts will be FUN- they definitely challenge you, but it'll ALL be worth it. I will say the big take-away is most movement have layers of modification- so you can crank it up if things are too easy, or you can notch it down if you're feeling stress and pain anywhere. I haven't met an instructor I don't like yet- all of the ladies are super welcoming, friendly, and willing to listen to individual needs- like injuries or conditions. Finally, the overall pricing packages make this a spot I will look forward to frequenting. I get it- the market is a bit saturated with fitness options, various special gyms, and group classes. Barre3 provides you with ALL your props (ball, mat, resistance band, weights), towel service, and a flexible schedule with classes from early evening to late after work-hours. Definitely worth your time to check this spot out! Get your sweat and shakes on!

I'm the type that needs someone rooting for me and pushing me while I work out or else I don't give it my all. You rotate through 3 areas , cardio, row machine and CrossFit. It's nice that it's broken up because TBH I count the minutes until any workout is done! The goal is to get your heart rate in the orange zone to get your body burning fat! Be sure to hydrate and have a snack before to fuel your work out because it will be TOUGH! I signed up for the 8 sessions per month for $99. Orange Theory helped me lose weight more quickly than just walking. I quit after I got to my goal weight. I plan to return to get into better shape and lose the regained lbs. The patrons there range from overweight to very fit. And everything in between. The trainers are VERY fit, buff and toned. Everyone is so focused on their workout there's no need to be self conscious. I'll be back and hope to see you there!!

When I brought this up the manager apologized and said he refunded the money, but he did not and then he stopped responding to emails. I went here religiously for about three years and saw the good coaches, won multiple events and really liked it. But the coaches left and the new ones were nowhere near the quality of the others and the equipment started breaking down and would not get fixed. The microphone screeched and the music was way too loud and awful. Seems like a business taking its members for granted.

I tried the free week of Corepower Yoga and it was totally worth it! I took a range of classes…read morethroughout the week and here is my breakdown. Overall, I enjoyed all of the instructors. The first class I tried was Yoga Sculpt, my favorite class overall. It's slightly heated with high cardio and weights. This one made me sweat and sore! It was a great workout. The second class I took was Corepower Yoga 1, which is low-intensity and focuses on yoga postures. I did like this, especially after the intense yoga sculpt class. This class wasn't heated. The third class I took here was CSX, which is a Corepower Strength X class. This one for me was the most difficult. It focuses on weight lifting and HIIT training. This class is only 45 minutes long and not directly heated. The last class I did was Hot Yoga, which was extremely hot! The temp is around 105 for an hour of yoga poses. This class was the most I have ever sweat. Overall, if you haven't tried the free week with Corepower, you definitely should. There is a lot to offer for everyone!
