She won't let the driver leave if the patient is taking a Valium! No joke! Parking Lot: This gets 2-3 stars. There is not enough handicapped parking for the people they serve. My dad uses a walker and needs to park close to the facility. When we arrived for his appointment there was no close parking except for the "doctor's only parking." I made the suggestion to the front desk receptionist that maybe they could find parking further away to allow their patients closer parking spots. I'm posting this review now in hopes they will see this and consider the change. Time: From a Caretaker perspective....You have to stay with the patient during their procedure and you cannot leave the property. When we arrived we were told they were running "30 minutes behind", however, it was over an hour wait with no apology! I work full-time and need to be at work. A week later they called and said that I never gave them my CD. Not true. I ordered another and days later they called and said they found it. Weeks later I called and they said they were waiting for Aetna to approve it. Not true. I checked with Aetna and no request had been submitted. Two weeks later I called and they never returned my call. Two weeks later my referring doctor called and they said they would call me immediatly. Not true. 13 days later, they called to say they set up a date, and said they were sorry but they had been short of office personel. Two months and 5 days later.

I called Dr Trevasani's office when the first one fell out. They were supposed to call me back but never did, I left several voicemails. The 2nd post fell out. I called his office again. On this call I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants". Obviously a lie. I asked if his office closed down and was told, "no he's only doing wisdom teeth removals". Obviously another lie. 3rd post fell out and I called Dr Trevasani's office again. This time asking what I'm supposed to do. I asked if the office is referring past patients to someone else. I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants, just wisdom teeth removals". I said that's not what I asked. They said I needed to find another dentist. I have been to numerous other dentists who specialize in dental implants. I was told that the space in the back of the upper dentures couldn't be repaired. That I'd have to get an entirely new one made. I was told the bottom denture was actually MY original denture. Yet I was charged for upper and lower. 3 different dentists will not touch me. I'm looking at thousands to fix this. Please save yourself the money and aggravation by seeing someone else. I think you'd be better served getting a dentist who got his license from a Cracker Jack box. I've had nothing but pain in my lower jaw from the bite being so off. From here I will contact the American Board of Prosthodontics and file a report on Dr Trevasani. I was outright lied to. Because he didn't want to fix what he screwed up I'm stuck holding the bag and trying to come up with the money to get this taken care of.
