Promptly got an appointment online for Juli Sweet, FNP…read more When I walked into the clinic and Caleb (front desk attendant) immediately knew it was my appointment and had details related to my visits and some lab tests. Great to see clinics do this ahead of your visit since it saves alot of time post consultation. In no time I met with Juli Sweet and discussed all my symptoms. She is a very patient doctor who listened to all my symptoms along with timeline and treated me accordingly. Since I had upcoming travel plans, she also recommended what I should and should not do to help make my condition better. They do have some meds in the clinic itself so if you want to save a trip to the pharmacy you can buy it from them (I did find the cost to be more than what it is at the pharmacy though). Service was very good and I am really happy with the treatment. I am very happy to have ZoomCare in my neighborhood here in West Seattle. Finally, I will no longer drive to Bellevue for our urgent care needs. Highly recommend.

She is absolutely amazing. She is very caring, authentic, and very knowledgeable. She has been helping me with some issues with my feet, and I have seen a lot of improvement since I started seeing her. I have a ways to go, but she has drastically helped. I have also seen other staff at Sea Pines who are also amazing and knowledgeable. Carly and the administrative staff are also very helpful and help to provide a good experience. They are caring and very knowledgeable about insurance, billing, appointment management, etc. I have seen Julia at both the clinic location and the West Seattle Health club location. The clinic is a very minimalist space but also modern. I love the vibe and decor of the space. This lead to frequent times where I finished my exercises and had to wait for the therapist to finish with other patients. I am reasonably confident that each patient being seen is being billed out at the full rate for the hour. Highline PT is part of a 250 clinic operation and they are in turn owned by an investment company, so maximizing revenue per patient is undoubtedly a desired outcome. I really needed to do something about it. Dr. Wiebe and his team have been fabulous from the get go. His staff are very personable and responsive. The office is clean, modern, and actually quite beautiful with all the windows. Each session is about 5 minutes, so you're in, you're out. Dr. Wiebe and I worked out a treatment plan which involved sending me home with instructions for at-home exercises and stretches. His goal is to get you down to just coming in for upkeep. Within the first few weeks of treatment, I felt a difference especially in my neck. With neck pains, I usually get headaches, so this is a nice Tylenol substitution. I used to be apprehensive about getting my neck cracked, since I've heard horror stories, but Dr. Wiebe is always very gentle and knowledgeable. He won't push you or your body to do something you're not OK with. The best part is they'll fit you into their schedule ASAP. There have been days my boyfriend has woken up with excruciating neck pain, and they're able to squeeze him in within a few hours. Life savers!
