Three ladies at the front desk/ reception and NOT one person greeted us. We were there standing looking like idiots. Then finally after a few minutes an older lady acknowledged us, but like she was in a rush. I asked if we could check out the facility. She said go upstairs and look. Im like this is our first time here, how do we get upstairs. NOT one smile, not one how can we help you, not one welcome, horrible experiences like we were not welcomed. Few minutes later we walk out and not one person to ask if we had any questions. AND worst part is, I went in determined to sign them up for summer camp. But no thank you! We'll spend our money where we are welcomed. Dont waste your time or money here!

its an ok gym, i love some of the people who coached me... however the gym favorites people so…read moremuch. I was replaced in a stunt, which is fine i understand that somtimes thats what has to happen. The team was told at a competiton that someone was going to be switched out of the stunt group, and that they are adding someone new to the team, day 2 of the competition I was told by somone who isnt apart of the gym (she was the season before) That im being switched and that the girl who is replacing me has told half the team already... the choaches never told me that i was the one being switched, and people that didnt even go to the gym anymor htat im being replaced. The coaches as dont coach, they will tell you your wrong and wont tell you to fix it. they expect you to know how to do it. They will talk about the kids to the older kids, even if they are at practice. Also! Also junior coaches dont get told anything, not where people are gunna meet up, not if a change is happening, they know the same amount as the kids do and i personally think thats weird, because te point of a junior coach is that they can coach and if they dont know what to do then they cant. All in all the coaches are younge and dont know how to coach but I met some of my best freinds there and I loved my coaches it is a family, a disfunctional one at times, but a family and isnt terrible, a good gym for little kids.

The interior was large and seemed to be well kept. They even had a large bathroom (if you've been to enough of these competitions, you'll know that some of these gyms only have a one seater!) That being said, Carolina Elite Trampoline is hands-down the best we've landed at thus far, and worth every single penny. Every instructor is highly skilled, most holding State, Regional, US and/ or International medals in Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) Gymnastics. These are the people you want training your kids, folks. Class sizes are small (currently 6 or less students per class), with multiple classes offered daily throughout the week (with the exception of Sundays). Classes are categorized as "Jumpers" (trampoline based), or "Tumblers" (tumbling based), and broken down by age groups. Classes offered are recreational, however once requisite skills are attained, students have the opportunity to try out for their elite team, which is their competitive team which travels to compete against other athletes on the State, National and International levels. I have seen my children's skills, strength and confidence explode over their time at Carolina Elite. I highly recommend this gym!
