I go to this car wash multiple times a month, sometimes 2x a week. Primary reason is the convenience of it's location. It's situated perfectly for my commutes to/from SD. My car always collects a good layer of dirt and debris on those drives. In all honesty, I prefer the Vista location over this one. Unfortunately, I don't live there anymore. As other yelpers have pointed out, some of the tools at the detailing stations are dysfunctional or broken. Who's in charge of maintenance? And, the staff could do a better job at keeping the towels stocked and the trash bins emptied. read more

An employee named Casandra and another employee named Jasmine are extremely rude to all female customers but I've heard them even offering FREE car washes to men that visit here! I saw them throwing themselves at men WITH wedding rings on. I will never support a business that allows employees to throw themselves at MARRIED customers!! I've visited this car wash several times and was told by three different employees that my account issue would be fixed so I could use the automatic entry without being stopped. Unfortunately, the problem was never resolved. Everyone I spoke to was polite, but it's disappointing that the promised follow-up never happened. I had hoped for a smoother experience, especially after being reassured multiple times. I've decided to take my business to another car wash. Every single machine that you use to clean your car is either broken off, no suction at all, or barely any suction. I lived my car 4 times with no luck! I was in the area and my car was super dirty, so it was time for a much needed wash. Found Super Star Car Wash on Yelp and had a great experience! This place is pretty clean and new, with the latest equipment. The place is super spacious, equipped with more free car vacuums than I'd ever seen at an express wash. Options for car washes were tiered at $15/$20/$25 with the usual varied options of elevated perks. I went with the $15 basic clean option to test things out before scaling up in the future. There were also great promotional deals which are helpful if you're a local or if there's a franchised location in your area. Service was top notch, the attendee where you pay before entering the wash was super friendly and helpful, explaining all options and helping me get set up before wishing me on my way. Upon entering the wash, an attendant handed me a custom store-branded complimentary air freshener and wipes. The wash was strong, but what I appreciated the most was the dryer. The machine really took its time to ensure water was disposed off the vehicle as best as possible before your eventual departure. Far less water spots than I'm used to which I'm thankful for. Came to try this place out finally , came in and the guy said not to get the lite wash as it won't get off all the grime so I didn't . Came out of the wash and the whole back side of the car was still dirty like it wasn't even hit through the wash . Also spot of dirt all over the car still as well as the rims where so dirty still . I have been through car washes like this and came out super clean so I was surprised at these result since it fairly new. Maybe they should get some stronger chemicals . It was my first time here! I had a meeting nearby and I was very early, so I decided to wash my car. The employee was so helpful and asked if I needed help with the wash menu. Told me about the membership but unfortunately I live too far. Overall really good car wash! I have gone to several drive thru washes and this one basically dries majority of the car. You do still need some car towels to dry the car. My only complaint was the vacuum suction, probably just the spot I chose but it wasn't strong enough. If I'm ever in the area or find another location I would definitely visit! read more

Alright. I have taken my truck about 5 times now. And I am going to keep coming. It is a very through clean. They wash and rinse and wash again all in one drive through. The vacuum stations are great. They have 2 types. A wide versions for the carpets, mats, and seats. Then they have a narrow one for getting into cracks and crevasse. It is hidden in the vacuum line. So you have to pull it out. They also have damp towels to use. If you need dry ones just place it on your hood for a few minutes. While you wipe your doors down. The also have pressurized air. So you can blow off water and your interior. It works great. The staff is friendly. read more

We were excited about this new car wash being so close to home. They offered a great rate to sign up for unlimited washes and we signed up 4 cars from our household. However, over time the service has fallen short. More and more vacuums are out of service and towels are not replenished, even on a day like today when customers are few. Please DO NOT support this business. This car wash caused over $5000 in damage to my truck. The attendant did not properly guide me onto the belt which caused my truck to jump off the belt, over the curbing and into the the spinning brushes. After 1 week, I got an e-mail. The car wash declined responsibility and refused to pay for damages claiming it must have been "driver error". The only way to contact them is by e-mail. There is NO customer service telephone number, no live person to talk to. I have e-mailed them numerous times but they won't respond. The "manager" at the location is no help telling me to just continue e-mailing their claims department until I get a response. It's now been over a month, I have a crashed truck and still no response. I will never use any Super Star Car Wash again. Terrible customer service. read more

This car wash opened about 5-6 weeks ago. We used to go to Tommy's in Menifee because we thought it was a great value and it was. But then we discovered Super Star Car Wash which is the bomb. The cost is cheaper right now if you pay monthly but even when that deal ends, it's the same price as other do-it-yourself car washes. It is an absolute amazing value. Super Star has air fresheners (monthly club members?) moist towels to dry off your vehicle (please don't forget to return them after each use) and about 30 plus car owners can vacuum, use the air to blow out water from tight spaces, vacuum etc. at the same time. The wheels and vehicle come out much cleaner than the competitors which means less work for you. We used to have to double wash our wheels at other places but that is not the case here. You do have to line up the driver side tire into the channel (not sure of the exact term) which does sketch me out but it shouldn't. There is an employee there to help guide you as he sprays off your car before it completely enters the wash cycle. I love that you can see the rainbow wax. The dryers work wonderfully. We absolutely recommend Super Star Car Wash. You won't be disappointed. read more

This placed bummed me out. 2 employees only. 1 was helping people follow directions the other hanging out at the front helping with payments. The lady was kind of rude. We brought up the ad that drew us in. I showed her the screen shot and she said nope it has to have a bar code. Because of my job I thought not a good experience. I was super happy when they started building this car wash. I signed up for Super Star Car Wash when they started with the one on Clinton Keith. It is only a mile away from my house, but... After the "newly wed" time, which was only a couple of months, things started going down hill fast. They got a bright idea and install cones to get people to swing out further to line up to the wheel guide, but I have a full size long bed truck and that makes it almost impossible to make the turn. As a matter of fact, I now have a scuff mark on the size of my bed because of that. If you are even able to find a towel to dry off your car, it leaves a film on your car. It seems like they hired a bunch of teens, which I don't have a problem with, and promoted one of them as manager that does not know what they are doing. This review is for the Super Star car wash that just opened in Hemet on Sanderson across from the Walmart strip mall. I have to put the review here because the new car wash is not on YELP yet. I appreciate the vacuum and mat cleaner. The guy that is working there today 11/17 at 10am really upset me. I showed him that my car didn't get clean after it went through the car wash. Dirt that I can easily wipe off came off with a soft wipe. He convinced me to try the $29 a month for $22 and if I like it I could get a refund and pay for a membership. My car was still dirty so I took it to him to show him as he approached me at the time I entered and was paying for the car wash. Instead of him providing good customer service he started questioning me about how often and how long ago I washed my car. If you can believe it he told me I need to take better care of my car in a rude way and then he just walked away from me. QUICK QUACK Car wash HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I will not ever return there to wash my car when I can go to the Hemet car wash on Florida and pay the same amount for someone there to wash it for me and not leave it dirty. You just never know what someone is going through. To judge me and tell me I'm not taking care of my car is unacceptable. Which if I wasn't taking care of my car I wouldn't be at a car wash. Doesn't dry the car well enough , which is the reason they provide you towels so u can dry your own car. Also the tire shine has never worked. I told the employee a couple times they respond with you can go through the wash again, which doesn't fix the problem. Can't wait for Tommys Express to open up near by. The one in Menifee is great hopefully this one will be as well. read more
