They're all super friendly and make it easy to communicate what I want done. They've even helped me pick out products that work great for my hair (Mitch Double Hitter and Tea Tree Shaping Cream). Every now and then I'll treat myself to a massage and pedicure too. Very relaxing, the perfect antidote for the toll my high stress career takes on me. I can say first hand that massages from Dave, Lori, and Missi are excellent! It helps that inside, the salon is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Seriously, it looks like it could be on TV! I've found Nevaeh to be the perfect oasis for that much needed, relaxing "me" time and I think you will too.

The employees were professional and friendly. I wish I could say that my experience continued in that direction but it did not. I choose to get dip powder on my hands and gel on my feet. The color I picked for my hands (as you'll see in my pictures) has a special sheen to it. Unicorn dust I believe it is called. Well, unknown to me until I got my bill at the end of my services to have this done it was an extra $20. I totally understand certain "extras" need an up charge for the extra time and effort it takes to do. However, as this was the first time I was getting a color like this I was unaware it was anything extra. If I had been told ahead of time I would have picked another color. Then to make matters worse my pedicure was less than what I expected & paid for. I choose the middle of the road option ($50) and as I stated before had gel polish applied. I had asked to have my nails trimmed short, which didn't happen. I'm aware it was my fault for not speaking up unfortunately I didn't notice until it was too late. Now it is just over 2 weeks later (Friday June 3rd). I have 2 cracked nails, the $20 extra I paid for is coming off already, and 3 of my toes are completely void of gel polish. They didn't chip at all. Just fell right off. This is not my first time having my nails done. I've been able to go weeks at a time with no damage when using other salons. My friend that came with me has had similar problems as well. Sadly, given the cost and the result I will not be returning to this salon. You can see my pictures as proof of the situation.
