The contract states if you cancel within 30 days of a NEW subscription you will be issued a refund. My good people the manager canceled my subscription the 21st of March and never issued a refund. She's dodged my calls and FINALLY sent me a email back not including the 30 days refund policy for new members and also advised since it's been 30 days my contract is no longer in the system.. I don't think that would hold up in court that documentation I signed feb 28th is not there. If you don't need to cancel you may be fine, but if ANYTHING happens you probably should just go through your bank.

We always look for this type of gym when traveling, and seldom find one so good. We were in town for a few days and were able to get day passes. The gym has clean towels (hand towel size) for sweat and/or cleaning equipment. There are lockers and a shower. Good gym etiquette amongst those in the gym with us and the owners are very easy to talk to. This is not the "Globo gym" type of gym so if you like those plates with flat sides that are nearly impossible to properly deadlift with, or like your benches bolted to the floor, then there are other options, but if you are serious about working out, this is your gym.

I'm sure the employees are not getting paid enough to deal with cleaning those nasty toilets. As a member i'm not sure what I paid for if no improvements are being done to the gym. It has been the same since I started going there six years, with a few changes to the carpet and paint color. The grove city power shack is in desperate need of a deep clean!

My son is 6 wears a life jacket and was maybe 4 feet from me and they screamed at me that I needed to be closer to him. They screamed at my kids for walking "too fast" outside of the pool area (they were not running) and yelling at other kids for playing. They even yelled at kids for being "too close" to the divider of the deep end. It was truly a horrible experience and we will NEVER be back. My husband who never cares about this stuff even said he will never be back. I understand life guards have a duty and understand pool safety, but the level of micromaning is insane!!!!!! They constantly look at things to yell at kids for!!! Never ever ever come here!!!

This gym looks like it hasn't been dusted in at least three weeks . The bathroom was filthy, I visited this gym at 8 o'clock in the morning and inside the bathroom, the garbage is full of toilet paper, the toilet was filthy, the shower was filthy, with rust stains dripping down the wall. Dust everywhere Filth on the floor, it was just disgusting. The actual lifting area of this gym is very small, anyone who is serious about their fitness, will find this gym unacceptable. If you just want to get a quick 15 minute workout, jump on the treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical, this gym would be OK. Outside of that, I would not recommend.
