In one session she reduced my brain fog 75-80% when no other doctor or medicine could! Being on her table feels like being held in a safe, compassionate space where my nervous system regulates and my breath returns. She works with the whole body, intuitively knowing how each part is interconnected, affecting one another. Dr. Rochette is one of many practitioners I have seen for this challenging illness, and I choose to continue to see her over others because of her ability to continue to support my body as my needs shift and change. Her knowledge, expertise and understanding of the body feels like magic - but I know magic is only part of it - she is truly well trained and continuously learning how she can better support her clients. Two different people recommended her to me - one friend who had a crushed pelvis and another with whip lash. Both women sang her praises, as I am today. I am truly grateful for her and each of our sessions. Thank you so much for helping me heal Dr. Rochette!

I brought an MRI study for documentation. She gave me a very nice back massage. She did not touch affected shoulder area. She did not even glance at the MRI. She gave me (what sounded like) a very dismissive, standard palliative on breathing (to open my shoulder area) and sent me on my way to the receptionist who billed me $375. No manipulation. No evaluation or diagnosis. No directives or advice for exercises or stretching. My take was she did not want to take my case (probably because she had no idea how to approach it). Weeks later there is no change to my chronic pain despite my extra breathing. From my experience, it is the receptionist who seems to know the most about osteopathic practices in that office. In the past I have had good experience with osteopathic practitioners. Dr. Rochette does not belong in that league.

Because I worked in SF finance district, I found a person who does chiropractic and acupuncture. I keep going nowadays every year. He's the only doctor I trusted because he was so good. However, 6 months ago, because of work stress, and led to be fired. My nerve system was completely messed up. I didn't recognize how much the stress damaged my body. Every night I slept in pain, woke up with tensed body and sore and painful muscles. I went to see the person in SF a few times, and I couldn't believe it didn't work after lots of treatment because it has been working with me for the past 10 years for my knee, shoulder, and hip pains. A few days ago, I realized it's the stress that completely messed up my nerve system. And I need to find someone to help me relieve my nerve system. Because of the realization, I thought about Kevin immediately and booked an appointment with him. I went in today, and he wrote down the notes for the pains I had, and he wrote down his plan with a few hand movements in the air to see which part of my body should be treated first. Patiently, he gave me treatment, and after each one, I walked outside his clinic, and I could tell my turns got faster and the pace got bigger. One of the major pains is in my left leg, left hip, one of the gentle adjustments he made, after 1 s, I stood there see my body turning 7 times on the left naturally without any pull from anybody. Finally, that side got relieved, my hip rotated back to where it was supposed to be. The back of my knee was swollen with a big ball. The acupuncture didn't take it away completely. Kevin told me that the front muscle was rotated outward. He made a few adjustments, and when I put my leg down from the stool, I felt like someone was pulling my leg down with a soft landing, and I could feel and see myself standing like a normal person without leaning to the left. Neck and shoulder were the biggest pain I had, and Kevin started with that area as the 1st treat. Immediately, my shoulder went down, headache was removed. If you like me being stressed. Try it out here. It's worthy you time, and it really heals.

I've never heard of this type of "doctor" before, but desperate for pain relief, I gave it a shot. James was very nice but I received ZERO treatment after an hour visit and was charged $380 (he doesn't take insurance). After 15 min of intake questions, I laid down on the treatment bed (standard chiropractor/doctor office looking bed). I laid on my back and for FORTY minutes, all he did was had his hand under my back and called that "treatment" and charged me $380. He was "reading energy with his hands". There was no treatment. Imagine if you laid down and someone put their hand under your back, shoulder and neck (and did nothing else; just still hands) and called that treatment. After 40 min, his "diagnosis" was "you're a strong person but your energy is not flowing" (QUOTE). It was silence the entire time, no explanation of any sort. Stillness and silence for 40 minutes. I cannot believe I just paid $380 for this. When he returned my call to make an appt, I happen to mention that my primary Dr. ran labs and I was slightly anemic. He ran with this piece of information the way a psychic runs with any seedling of info. He talked a lot about iron supplements and went on and on about iron, but had I not mentioned that, who knows how even more pointless this visit would have been. James says he does "Oesteopathic Manipulation Therapy" aka OMT--do not be fooled. He does not.

He was highly recommended to me by my acupuncturist who has seen him several times for therapies to heal long standing back and neck injuries. Dr. Wardell has an extremely impressive and well rounded background and education which enables him to understand underlying issues and causes in a way that most doctors do not. I have recommended him to so many people who have chronic illnesses and pain/injuries who are unable to get relief by traditional methods (cortisone injections, PT, surgery). Not only does he have a deep understanding of any medical issues I've asked him about, his approach is always focused on getting to the true cause and healing them vs a band-aid approach used by so many doctors. His treatments / approach are all quite reasonably priced and has helped people avoid major surgeries that would be much more costly and not actually fixing the underlying problem or condition. I feel that Dr. Wardwell has a strong sense of integrity and ethics and treats his patients with genuine respect, never pushing profit over the best interest is his patients. I have been trying to recover from a severe case of Bells Palsy 7 years ago which I was told by some of the top doctors in the field that I would never be able to heal from it, and the only options were Botox and invasive surgery in my face. I'm so thankful that I have found PRP (plasma rich protein injections, same used in "vampire facials") therapy with Dr. Wardwell which has already healed and improved my symptoms in 3-4 months post PRP therapy. My other doctor who has been treating me, who is the head of plastic surgery at Stanford, was amazed as the most recent progress and never heard of PRP being used to to treat Bells Palsy, which is quite sad. I'm getting the word out. If you are looking for a doctor who will truly get to the bottom of your condition and treat you with the utmost care and respect, I highly recommend Dr. Wardwell. Randy on his team is also very welcoming and accommodating whenever possible. Do not hesitate to schedule a consult if you're thinking about it! You won't regret it.

Within 5min of being at Dr. Wardwell's practice, he had imaged my achilles via ultrasound, diagnosed it as partially torn and had a proposed treatment plan - PRP and stem cell injections for my back, achilles and foot. He doesn't just treat the injury, but treats the full body, focusing on the the root cause to prevent re-injury. 4mo later - I'm back to running and am not limited in any activity. More importantly, I'm not hobbling out of bed every morning (which previously, I was resigned to doing for the rest of my life). I'm so appreciative for Dr Wardwell and the huge quality of life he has given to me. Also shoutout to Randy, who runs the office and is such a pleasure.

I rarely if ever leave bad reviews, but this one was very serious for me. I called Dr Fredian twice to try to book an appointment. She blew me off and sent me to her online patient portal, which did not work. I called to explain that the online system did not work, and she told me to email her. She still would not just take a single moment to make me an appointment herself. I then followed her instructions and emailed her to try to set up an appointment, and she never responded. So I emailed one more time. By the 4th time I reached out, I asked her to please really take me seriously because I was experiencing symptoms that gave me some small discomforts and concern, and I truly felt I needed a doctor, but not an ER. Her response was to call my voicemail and yell at me in my voicemail to just go to Urgent Care and tell me that my email asking for her to please take me seriously was "inappropriate." When I called back and tried to explain that I was not in need of urgent care, but just in need of a regular doctor's appointment, and that urgent care would not be helpful since I did not even have a regular doctor that I could list as my primary doctor, nor had I even seen a doctor at all for a basic visit, she told me that my phone call was "wasting valuable time" she could be spending with her patients. I was pretty shocked to hear that, but tried one more time to explain that I just really wanted to become one of those "valuable patients." I guess I'm only "valuable" if I am already paying into her pocket? When I tried to explain that all I was trying to do was become a patient because she had come well-recommended, and that I was finding it frustrating to try to access her services using the online modality, she hung up on me. What kind of doctor blows off and hangs up on a sick person who is just trying to get an appointment?
