However, my…read morerecent experience regarding a vintage leather fringe coat I intended to sell for my business was extremely disappointing. Given my experience over the past few years including significant delays in the return of my daughter's wedding dress after preservation, as well as the damage to this vintage coat I would advise others to use extreme caution when considering this company. When I brought in the coat, I clearly informed the attendant that it was vintage leather. I was confident in this, but the attendant argued that it was faux leather after briefly inspecting it. I explained that, given the age of the coat, I did not believe faux leather would have been used at that time. Despite this, she insisted it was not leather and assured me it could be processed through standard dry cleaning. Based on her confidence, I trusted her judgment, although I was asked to sign a waiver prior to service. A week later, I was contacted and informed that the coat had been damaged during the dry cleaning process. When I returned to discuss the situation, the attendant acknowledged that the coat was, in fact, leather and admitted that sending it to a leather specialist would have prevented the damage. Despite this, I was told they had attempted repairs through their seamstress and that I would be responsible for the cost. I requested to speak with the owner, Forrest Ward, and was told he would contact me. After waiting over a week and leaving follow-up messages, I did not receive a response. Instead, I was later contacted by a manager who informed me the coat could not be repaired. During that conversation, responsibility was shifted onto me, citing the condition of the coat rather than acknowledging the improper cleaning method. Overall, I found the handling of this situation to be unprofessional and lacking accountability. As a long-term customer, I expected better communication, ownership of the mistake, and a reasonable resolution. As of 03/07/26 I still have not had my coat returned to me. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaning company.

It smelt great and was so clean. It made me so so happy! It was also reasonably priced which seems to be rareity these days. The worker was so kind and even offered some loillpops to my girls. There were 30 ceiling tiles missing but the walls were long tiles in good shape. I felt the overall rating was a little low, yes it was a little expensive but the machines were in very good working condition so I believe 4 stars is fair.

They are constantly upgrading the property and have taken steps to greatly improve security. The report of BREAK-IN's and lack of security are OLD and have been VASTLY OVERSTATED, this was a problem in the whole area, not just this facility. If you are in the market for a Climate Controlled Storage unit, a Drive Up unit or a Parking Space in the area, stop in and see for yourself why this would be the right place to store your car, boat or personal belongings. And the best part is that they will not raise your rates after 3 months like the other places. They guarantee rates for a full year on most units. AND if needed, they have 10' x 20' units that have access on each side to pull right thru, or get to your stored items. Very Convenient!!

The police report states; THERE HAVE BEEN A STRING OF BREAK IN'S…read more (beware No security here) at Springdale Self Storage in Springdale Arkansas & This facility has not let their customers know this fact??!!??!! I was a victim of this horrible travesty and suffered great losses, with over 3 generations of collectibles (both sentimental & much very valuable). I was told by the police after reporting the incident that this break-in ongoing problem has been occurring constantly for some time Now, I am deeply disappointed that this storage facility Did Not contact me to have a Choice to remove my valuables when ownership Knew that this was going on!! This a very problematic way of doing business especially as I have learned it was done from the Inside (as my locks on my unit were still in tact) I have learned that there is a huge open gaps above the walls on both sides of the insides of the unit, also doors are not locked, just to name a few problems this storage facility has not addressed. These are just a few unsecured areas of this very unsafe facility, I do not recommend this storage facility and I am am especially disappointed in the lack of response (None) from Springdale Self Storage, the greed of this way of doing business is incredible.No Security. I also sent correspondence to the absolute management physical office (the management of this springdale facility) and was given no response. I am Not a customer any longer.........
