Simply the best lash studio in Southern Cali. The couple times I've been there my lashes look so natural and lasts for a very long time. With other studios for the first couple days my eyes get itchy and over time the lashes begin to look uneven and untidy. I was very pleased when they were able to fit me in last minute right before my vacation. Michelle did an amazing job! They are very nice and the salon is very clean and Zen. My eyelashes looked natural and vacation ready. I have very sensitive eyes and I have to say that my eyes never burned during the process and my eyelashes felt natural and never bothered me. I have to mention that my sister had her lashes done for vacation as well and they looked amazing. When I asked her where she had them done she said, "I found this really nice, clean lash place in Cerritos called Vavi Lashes" to our surprise, we both came to the same place right before vacation without even knowing. I've gotten my lashes done here 3 times now. It was my first ever time to do lash extensions so I was really excited I requested for volume 3d with whispies. It looked so terrible like she didn't understand a lash map. But I was still happy, shortly after I suffered days with chemical burn red eyes, still happy. Came back for a fill and this time I got classic whisppies, she did pinch/poke my eyelid (I'm not sure what that was or how the process works but enough for me to yelp) I awoke the next morning with chemical burn and swelling for 4 days, still happy. Finally came back a third time with Rachel (I loved her, no pain or chemical burn or swelling) but after a week some of the whisppies came out. I called telling them what happened and willing to pay to get it fixed. They said no charge and I could come in. This time I got the first girl again, after having Rachel I now knew this tech had little to no experience. She then poked me twice again and I could feel the chemical enter my eye. Now I have chemical burn and swelling in both eyes. Either ask for Rachel or if you get the girl at the end just run. read more

Update to review. Still 5 stars. There's a new addition to the team. Ms. Lia has done my lashes twice now and is just as amazing and gentle as Rachel and Michelle. Removal of old lashes and application of new ones are seamless and gentle. Don't be surprised if you're in her table snoring after 10 minutes. These ladies are lovely and quality service as always. I was hoping to love this place since finding a good tech is too hard. I searched everywhere and this place and Rachel have a good reviews so I made an appointment with too much hope. she was nice and gentle so I was so happy when I leave. but when I got home and checked in the mirror really close I saw my left eye didn't have any eyelashes on at the end, I had no eyelashes on around 10 or more on my natural eyelashes. so I called and they were so nice and welcomed me to come back on the same day to fix them. I went back and Rachel fixed it, so I loved my fixed eyelashes and went home happy. then I went home to check them again up close, I noticed my under left eyelashes at the end were cut from the root... I'm not sure if they cut them off by mistake or maybe some chemicals they used melted my natural eyelashes, but that all made sense why I didn't have my left eyelashes at the end in the first place. I'm sure I had my natural eyelashes when I went there at the first time because I always put mascara on until the day I went. I'm not sure if she noticed while doing my lashes, but I'm kinda disappointed because they should see all and let me know what's happening not wait until I found it by myself. I don't know maybe my fault because I didn't check up close how they did before leave... anyways I'll wait until my under eyelashes grow back again. i have no complain how they treated me, just wanted to see more professional side of her to tell me what happened. and hoping that they'll welcome me when I go back. read more
