First time here and very pleased with my experience! Staff were extremely friendly and incredible in their skill. I came in for a lash lift and they turned out amazing. So pretty and look so natural. They lifted very well and were curled exactly how I like! The price cannot be beat!!! Will definitely return :)

Luna did amazing, I'll definitely will come back I loved how quiet it was. They had relaxing music and a waterfall in the front. Luna made sure I was comfortable the whole time and helped me pick a set that fit my eye shape. I was also given a little kit to care for my lashes.

I've been going to Vavi Lashes for over two years and used to absolutely love their services. I've tried nearly all of their technicians, and by far the best was Lya--she was truly exceptional. Since she left, however, the experience hasn't been the same. Unfortunately, the last four visits have been disappointing. My eyes have become increasingly sensitive and irritated after each appointment. During my most recent visit, another client actually came in asking to have her set removed because it was hurting her, which made me feel like I wasn't alone in my concerns. I ended up removing my lashes today, and the technician who helped me mentioned that they've had several clients with similar issues lately. I asked for a full refund given my long-standing loyalty, but was only told "we'll see when you come in"--no real offer of resolution. Sadly, I won't be returning. I'm really disappointed, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.

The past two times I have taken my daughter in for volume lash extension refills with different techs than she normally goes to, she Leaves unhappy and her eyes are irritated and watery. I also feel as often as I go, there should be some discount incentive. Instead I always feel like I'm being overcharged than what I am expecting to pay. The language barrier can sometimes be challenging in the way they try to explain why something costs different . All they ever say is " sorry." Today I was told to just come back when my regular tech comes back from vacation. I paid full price and left unhappy. read more

I went here with photos from their Yelp page and open mind. The actual service was very smooth and no burning sensation at all. However there was huge misunderstanding and miscommunication especially as a first timer, and what I ended up with looked nothing like the photos I showed or described, plus they charged me for something extra that I didn't ask for. The length and style was all wrong and then to fix it she nicely spent extra time cutting them, however now they just look like a blunt bush instead of wispy. I usually don't write reviews especially negative, but I was so frustrated to spend so much time and then almost $90 for lashes that look cheap and tacky. I got 3D Volume Cateye Full set and comes every 2 weeks for a refill even if they're still in a pretty good condition. If I don't get 2 weeks refill, my extensions will probably last for a month. Rachel is so sweet and she's a professional lash technician. The place is so nice and clean too. 11/10 Recommended. read more

This place is so great! Rachael was so nice and explained to me the proceeds and the looks and different types of lashes even the lengths. My lashes look great! I got a lot of compliments about them. I've gotten my lashes done by both Rachel and Michelle and I've never been disappointed. The customer service is outstanding. The girls are extremely friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Rachel also suggested inputs for my lashes to look like the style that I wanted. You can tell that she is genuine and cares for her clients. I always get the natural classic set in cat-eye style and they always come out perfect or better than expected. Im a client for the last 2yrs. Today, had a new tech and from start to finish my eyes were burning which I notified her and only gave me the fan. Lashes in one eye were placed sideways. Not happy at all, I left with red burning eyes. (35 min later they are still burning) She said I was tired and had dry eyes and seemed bothered. Yanked the fan so I yanked it back. I have a love-hate relationship with lash extension. I love having them BUT I hate the process because laying still for 1.5 hours with eyes shut close is not the greatest thing . Somehow though, Michelle was able to make that 1.5 hours bearable so that is a big plus for me. For instance, I asked the technician to trim my toenails shorter three times. I arrived around 2:30 on Sunday and was welcomed with an offer of a drink--either water or soda. It was a quiet time, with just me and the staff present. Overall, the experience was pretty standard. I'm sharing some pictures, one from the day of my appointment (Sunday) and more from four days later (Thursday). My nails are already looking quite grown out, even though it's not been a full week. I'm also noticing some lifting on my gel X nails, and my big toe on the left foot feels a bit irritated. I ended up paying $88 with a 20% off discount, and with the tip, it came to $110. I'm unsure if I'll come back or not. My original spot never leaves my toes irritated and she usually cleans under the free edge of my nails without having to ask.

I've been searching for a new lash spot and decided to check out this place and I'm happy to say I did. Michelle did an exceptional job with my lashes - they're the best set I've ever had. She managed to create the perfect length and style that complements my eyes. Despite my absolute love for the lashes, I must admit that my eyes stung a few times during the process, and they have been red for the past couple days. This reaction tends to happen if the glue fumes get into my eyes. Despite this reaction, I'd still return because of the excellent job she did, but next time make sure to communicate my concerns... I have been going to this location for almost a few months now. I had to constantly go back every week because some of the lashes had excessive glue on them. I expressed my concern time and time again. Every time I try to brush the lashes they would split and they didn't go back to. I then wanted to talk to the owner, but then felt bad and said I didn't want to. They ended up telling me today that I'm no longer welcome there because no one will satisfy me that was extremely embarrassing and I hope they don't do that to the next client. I definitely do not recommend this location. read more

I absolutely love coming here for my lashes! I don't have one specific lash tech anymore since my regular girl had her baby, so I've bounced around between different techs -- and every single experience has been amazing. What I really appreciate is that they keep detailed notes on exactly how you like your lashes, so no matter who does them, they always come out consistent and beautiful. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions at this place, and I had such a great experience. Leah did my lashes, and she was very careful and took her time. My eyes didn't sting at all, and I barely felt anything while she was working. I actually fell asleep the whole time because the place was so clean, quiet, and relaxing. I've had my lash extensions done by Luna twice now, and I'm so impressed! This time, when I walked in, she had a record of my previous style and length. She asked if I wanted to try the same thing again, and she showed me the different lengths to see how they looked. I decided to go for a thicker and longer look. Luna has these super gentle hands when she's applying the tape and lashes. Overall, she did an amazing job! read more

Update to review. Still 5 stars. There's a new addition to the team. Ms. Lia has done my lashes twice now and is just as amazing and gentle as Rachel and Michelle. Removal of old lashes and application of new ones are seamless and gentle. Don't be surprised if you're in her table snoring after 10 minutes. These ladies are lovely and quality service as always. Peaceful studio. There is a lash chart with different designs to choose from which were carefully explained to me. I like that the lash tech held the lash up to my eye so I could see the length before she did the service. Pretty affordable as well. I'll definitely come back and try more eyelash styles.
