That might work if they bothered to answer the phone, or checked the parking lot. After waiting in the rain 30 minutes after our appointment, a half a dozen voice mails and not even an acknowledgement of our existence by the moon suited, roving employee, we have ended our relationship with these quacks.

First words out of her mouth were, "WHAT are you here for?" You and I both know that a receptionists first phrase should have "hello" and "help you" in it. Not to mention the gentleman behind rolling his eyes with me at her. Then his eyes got as big as plates because of what she did. Your receptionist and another lady came to make excuses and blame comcast for them not answering calls while I was sitting in your parking lot. The two of them came back out again to tell me that Rick was not coming out. My reply was, "who is Rick, I didn't have a appointment with Rick, I have an appointment with the owner." Your receptionist replied," Ohh, dr Dan is not here today." Great, your receptionist who made the appointment(5/7/25@11:37a) with you is now telling me you are not here. My reply after all of that was, "well, you better find someone who is." I next watched your manager, front manager who came out to tell me that she can make an appointment with you and that she, "isn't a doctor." I said, "that's obvious, you're not wearing the right clothes." She then defended bad actions and doesn't want me harassing her receptionist. My reply, "You go ahead and make that appointment and I'll contact him(you) about this." The front manager then said she knows the truth about comcast and I'm the one lying. The building next door that comcast, back when comcast was a phone company that covered Dover, signed a deal with the ower of that building so comcast can't be kicked out of Dover. The logistics were a bit odd because I live out of state (but was coming back to ensure I was there) and we were having him euthanized at my parents' home. Dr. Mary came out, explained the process, was patient and gave me all the time I needed. It was far more peaceful than I expected, and both she and the gentleman who did the transport were immensely kind and gentle with my sweet boy. They somehow messed the paperwork up and linked the two charts together and when I tried to get it straightened out, they told me they could not do anything until they get "permission" from the ex-wife, as she is the primary person on the chart. The ex wife has never even met my puppy, nor myself. The office had no problem doing office visits and accepting payments without a phone call to the ex-wife over the past however long from my boyfriend or myself when we bring the older dog in but now we can't make an appointment for our puppy without having to talk to the ex-wife first. When I told them OK then I will cancel my appointment and take her somewhere else, they had no issue with losing a customer. In fact they were pretty rude when hanging up. You definitely won't catch me bringing either dog back into this office.

The first time, I didn't realize the error until I had already driven 40 minutes home--completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. You'd think that would be a one-off mistake, but no. The second time, I made a point to check the order before leaving the store, and sure enough, it was wrong again. At this point, it's not just an occasional oversight--it's a clear lack of attention and care when handling pickup orders. Customers rely on these services for convenience, but instead, it's become an inconvenience and a frustration. Management needs to address this. Whether that means retraining current staff or hiring employees who can follow basic order details, something has to change. I can't recommend using their pickup service if they can't consistently get something as simple as bag size correct.
