I was shocked when the vet called back within minutes and said that someone would meet me at the clinic and that although she was almost home, that she would turn around and go back. Both were so incredible in their compassion, attention to detail and all bodily systems that could be affected. We took the dog, they did x rays,blood tests and determined the problem. Called us back and gave us options but recommended the least expensive option to try first. When we arrived to pick the dog up Dr. Ostrander talked with us at length with x-rays in hand. Very professional and personable.
