I knew I was in good hands when I drove to their Napa office and was welcomed in by Andrew and his assistant. They were so very welcoming! I explained what I wanted and gave them my measurements of my old brick hearth. Andrew entered the measurements in his computer and I had the estimate in my hands before leaving. The entire process was smooth. They came out to my house, took fine measurements, and built my hearth, then their install guys, Cesar and Marco arrived with the new hearth and all supplies/ materials. Both Cesar and Marco really care about their craftsmanship and it shows! They are very meticulous and fine detailed in every aspect of their craftsmanship! Their final completion turned out beautiful and my wife and I couldn't be happier! This was no simple job and I would hire Surface Masters again in a heartbeat!
