Great customer service. My wife had her hat snatched after putting it down for a minute at a sale. The VCS team was very kind and helped us look for it. A few hours later it was discovered in the back of a closet and they gave us a call. Way above and beyond. They're always walking the floor asking if you need help, and they're happy to help load big items. Prices are very high unless you snag something on a Sunday when items are half off or more. Some unsold items may move from one sale to the next; they'll let their clients keep select things on consignment for a few weeks. Lots and lots of overpriced stuff. I did find something that I would buy however that was a good deal marked with a price sticker. They told me that the sticker wasn't theirs. That they buy stuff from thrift stores and must have forgotton to reprice and mark it up. That the pice should be doubled. Really! Do the people who rely on them to liquidate their estate realize the sale is diluted and is not simply showcasing estate inventory? And REALLY, they don't honor price stickers!!! I've heard to stay away from my wife and her friends. That they have a bad reputation here. So in the future I will avoid VCS like the plague. read more

My boyfriend's elderly mother was referred to VCS Estate Sales & Liquidation Services LLC to help liquidate the estate of an aunt who was a hoarder. A man came out and looked through everything and said they would be happy to help and that he would call back to make arrangements. He didn't ever call back or answer voicemails that were left for him. If VCS didn't want to handle this estate, a simple no would have been the courteous and professional thing to do rather than leaving her hanging. I have also attended a couple of VCS Estate Sales in the past but don't anymore because the items are outrageously priced. read more

I have been to 2 of their sales and the old man in charge, in my opinion is rude, harsh, unworkable and once you have been giving a price on an unmarked item by someone else has jumped in and loudly refuses that amount calling unnecessary attention to the situation. He did that to me personally twice before I decided to leave the sale. Also I noticed that a boat anchor that i asked the price on at the first estate sale was present at the next sale. I am not accusing them of anything, it could just be a coincidence but it seemed strange to me. read more

What started out as an overwhelming and dreaded task turned into relief and excitement as we could finally see that it would get done thanks to Jerril, Tamera and the staff at VCS Estate Liquidation Services. Trying to clean out a 6,000 square foot house of 30+ years of accumulated possessions belonging to my parents and brother was daunting, and with the limited amount of time we had to spend, it would have taken us months to accomplish what Jerril and his team did in less than a week! They were able to go through the house and all the many items, stage everything beautifully, and successfully have the sale over a three day weekend, then had the house cleaned out on Monday! With their help, we were also able to get rid of years of paperwork that had been stored, as well. Jerril has the experience and background to get this multi-faceted job done right. He has a team with the skills to research items for fair market pricing. Everyone was extremely professional, worked very hard and did a great job. They were helpful to us during the times we were at the house, and we really appreciated the respect they had for the home and the items they handled. Not impressed at all! Estate sale prices are so ridiculous. If by a great appraiser you want somebody to look up the highest asking price on ebay and then slap that sticker on it at an estate sale and it will sell, then he is your guy. House was full on Thursday, prices were ridiculous. House still full on Friday, still full on Saturday, prices still ridiculous. He was rude and condescending. I feel sorry for anyone who has trusted him to have a sale only to have it all sitting there at the end of the weekend because he is a bad appraiser and a worse salesman. read more
