I took my car in to have the CV joints replaced before a road trip. It was otherwise perfect. I got my car back and proceeded on my way for my week and a half long vacation out of state. What a miserable drive... The car shimmies every time you turn the wheel to the right. Never did that before, but just "happened to" the moment we got it back. That's not coincidence. I took it in with one problem and left with a different one. Now I'm not only out the money I paid for them to fix the CV joints... But Now I have another issue to shell money out for... Not to mention the aggravation and time. I don't know what they did while they were under my car but now I don't trust them. My husband suggested taking it back and asking them to fix it, but I just don't see it being a wise choice to let them back under my car again. ($1240 for a carb cleaning) and they would only accept cash. I took the bike out for a 15 mile ride and the bike stalled at every light and the fuel gage didnt work. I called them to discuss the problems and they said they would call me right back. I havent heard from them since. Draw your own conclusion.
