After setting an appointment, I noticed a few bad Yelp reviews. I spoke to a service manager about my concerns. He assured me the utmost attention would be given to the installation the B&W hitch in my truck bed. I planned to leave the truck for the 4 hour install but the waiting room, although small had a nice smelling candle burning, a space heater keeping it cozy and seating was comfortable enough to stay and work on my computer. All the staff was polite and courteous and even opened my truck door when I was leaving. The cost was better than some of the competitors.
