I then received a call from eugene and he was so unprofessional. He literally screamed at me, telling me to find another plumber since I had previously cancelled. I have never been treated so badly before in my life. Something before my call must have upset him, a cancellation should not have warranted that type of treatment. I urge you to choose another plumber, especially if you are female and do not enjoy being demeaned by men.

They didn't even call, the just sent a truck and three dudes to come steal my tank which is nearly full? Luckily i was home and they extorted me for $170 to leave my tank here. Woulda been a huge issue if i came home and the tank was gone. Will be switching to a different company. These guys are a joke. I'll gladly pay a fee if it's a real thing that they have always done or even called to tell me about a policy change.
