The last time a repairman was here, I mentioned that I was thinking about shopping around for a new company, because I thought their hourly rate and service charge was too high. I asked why can't i just have the part replaced ( a new fan blade) and they told me the part was discontinued and they couldn't get the part. The woman at the desk (apparently the OWNER ) told me she called ALL of her distributors and she couldn't get the part. She also would not disclose who her "distributors" were when I asked. I looked up the part myself, found it online for $40. It was shipped next day air. I installed it myself in 15 minutes. This place LIES to you !!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars - but this site won't let me.

Plumber knew what he was doing and within an hour I was back and running. only alternative I could come with was going to hotel for the weekend and taking time from off from work to get fixed by others. Last night I turned off all the Electric base board heaters ,and set my new unit to keep my whole place warm for the night . I called Noco when I decided to spend the money and stop complaining about the cold place I had bought. JUMP in and spend!! it its worth it , And the people at Noco the best . I got an appointment for the next week to have it done . They came, it took a few hours , they finished that day . I am so happy with the unit and the Men that installed it . Even The service man came to check on the installers and how the job was going. His name is Dave, My Installers were Dave, and Andrew . My sales person was so informative, The Best ! Had an HVAC issue on July 3rd in the evening. Called these guys and promptly received a call back…read more Although the gentleman on call couldn't make it over there that day, they had someone call back the next morning and arrive by afternoon, which was July 4th. The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.
