I completely understand the struggles of a new business, however when you do not acknowledge your mistakes and you treat anyone as if they are inadequate. It's not a good look for the business! Rita shows a beautiful smile in the beginning however, I didn't find her to be very patient or polite under pressure. She's overbooked, and is holding to many hats. It seems to me like she disregards those she seems are invalid. I have observed her behavior towards, others, to myself and kids . It isn't professional at all. It's unfortunate because I really enjoy the curriculum. It's sad that we have allowed this beautiful store front business owner, to teach our kids. I would rather give my business to a private tutor, another Mathnasium or someone that genuinely loves kids. Please watch your kids, ask them how it's going! Pop in!
