They say over and over again that they don't "discriminate," and maybe not, but they certainly do take advantage of people and trick them into things with shady language and a lack of communication. It's easier when it's an older customer, right? My grandparents are being cheated out of $1500 because they were unaware of this sneaky contract rollover. "They signed, we have proof" are you serious? How on earth does anyone expect a 73 year old to remember what they signed five years ago at 9pm at night? There was NO notification that the contract would be rolling over when it came to the 5 year mark. I find this unethical and shady. Especially for a company that touts "core values, kindness, respect" on social media. Then to bully an elderly man on the phone, pushing 80 and in poor health, by using threats. I implore you to find a more trustworthy company when the product requires trust at base level... a security company.

Our equipment was an older model and was no longer sending a signal. After being loyal customers for six years (Alarm Force, then Select bought them out), we have paid for service for over a year without being provided service, totaling over $400. Had there been an emergency (thankfully there wasn't) our alarm would have gone off, but never actually signaled police. Just terrible. After all of that, they offered to send a tech out so we could continue to pay for service.
