Caleb Groff showed up four days later right on time. During service he kept us appraised of his progress and answered my questions while he was working. Caleb was friendly, personable, patient and professional while doing the service. Afterward he stood in our kitchen and went over everything he did, what he found and how the HVAC was performing.
