Made an appointment online and received email confirmation but upon arrival there was no one there to do my eyelash service and the threader wanted me to go to Walmart for the service. I've went to this location for facial , waxing and threading . This is my first time here . I've got a deluxe facial which isn't bad , and a full arm and half leg wax . As I got my facial , my eyes are all gloomy and when I went home and checked , there are parts of hand with hair . Completely disappointed. Eyebrow threading is a 5/5 , she did a great job for threading . Place is located inside estelles dresses . The first couple of visits, it was great. I had my eyebrows done by Dipti. But there was a visit in which Dipti was unavailable and I ended up doing them with someone else at Veda Salon. It wasn't pleasant, hurt, and they were uneven... then the following day i brought my mom, and another one of her employees did hers as well, but left her with almost no eyebrows, the lady then blamed my mother for having thin eyebrow hair! lol. Extremely thin and irritated. We were very disappointed with the service in general. Everyone should be able to do what Dipti does, or somewhat close to it. Not to mention provide the same level of courteous service. We will give them another chance, but will only use Dipti. read more

I went to pick up a bridesmaid dress and decided to give this salon a try. I requested my brows not to be threaded too thin or short and Dipti did just that. She examined my brows and recommended them to be threaded straight so my brows would look darker. I have very light colored brows and the hair is thin. I liked the end result and she did a very good job cleaning up my brows. I'd give this salon a try if you're in the area! read more

My original post I took down because the owner did call me, offering my money back. But after waking up this morning I had to repost with pictures. I normally go to another place but she had to close for two weeks. So I figured with the rave reviews I'd give it a shot. Dea did my eyebrows and literally ripped my skin off. I grew my eyebrows out for a month before coming and getting them done here. The lady rushed and from prior experiences at other places they took their time and paid attention to details. When I saw them I was outraged I knew there was no way to fix what she messed up. My right eyebrow is shorter than my left and she took a few chunks out of the front of my right eyebrow and it shows more when I fill my brow with makeup.
