I found out that during the eyelash process, the second lady came up to my face with no mask on (this was in April when mandates were still in place). I was fairly satisfied with my eyelashes and decided to come back to give them a second chance. When I called to make an appointment, the same lady said she is available at 9 or at 12, but she wanted to take lunch at 12. So I said sure I'll come at 9. She told me twice to make sure I am showing up because she is coming in early for me. At 8:30 (30 min before the appointment), she texts me saying she completely forgot. She then called me and told me to come at 1 PM. I came by and she clearly just started someone else and told me it'll be about 30 minutes. They never reached out to me to reschedule or try to make this right. This place is anything but professional.

I prob came off as rude- didnt say hello when I walked in and abruptly stated it was only six minutes. She kept telling me how she left her two kids home and came in for me. I had to get someone to sit with my husband to try to do this. I bought a certificate on yelp - figured let me use that get nails done and figure out pedicure later. With all the back and forth is was getting later - and she kept saying it it now 8:26 now 8:27 I said just do my nails so I can use certificate - she refused to service me . I wanted her to refund the certificate -- told me to get out and threatened to call police!! Now I am so upset and on border on a melt down. I couldnt refuse to take 5 minutes to help my neighbor - I could have said good morning when I walked in. I could have and would have left earlier if I knew my neighbor needed me for a few minutes. Now I am out $40 and didnt get my nails done and have to figure out a plan to find an hour or so to do it at future date. I was told my appointment was at 12 for a wax. I show up at 12 and am scolded by the employee as soon as I walk in. I wasn't greeted with a hello or how are you I was scolded for being "late" bc the owner who again is obviously incompetent and also a huge bitch told her I had an 1145 apt. I wouldn't even send someone I hated to this location. The way the owner speaks to people is absolutely atrocious. How they have customers that enjoy going here is beyonddde!
