Unfortunately for me, their service has fluctuated a lot and even though I expect the same excellent service like I did the first time, I feel more and more disappointed. One example is the aesthetician leaving the room periodically and for long periods of time during my facial or doing nothing while my mask is setting. Like they will just sit there in the room, no massaging of the arms or feet, which one person had done for me in the past. It just seems so expensive for a basic-ish facial.

After going back and forth through different places I zeroed in on Glowing Within. They are located in one of the Phenix Salon Studios.
