Accidents happen, and no one is blaming someone for that alone--but what happened after is the real issue. Instead of immediately checking on the baby, apologizing properly, or making any effort to fix the situation, the server disappeared. No manager came over, no one followed up to make sure the baby was okay, and no accommodations were offered. The table was essentially left to handle the situation themselves.When asked to speak to a manager/owner, no one came out at the time to address the situation. This isn't about a mistake--it's about the complete lack of accountability and customer care afterward. When a situation involves a baby, you would expect urgency, concern, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, none of that was shown. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how situations like this are handled in the future, because this was extremely disappointing.

There was a server there (not ours) who was not dressed appropriately for any job dealing with the public. A white wife beater tank top over a halter top and shortie-shorts barely covering a grossly tattooed body is not an outfit to be worn when dealing directly with the public. The food was OK. The pulled pork sandwich was large and stacked high. The fries had little flavor and no salt. I'm afraid we won't be coming back to this restaurant.

Corner location in a downtown setting is unique enough. Parked in a parallel parking spot easy enough and walked right in. There's a long sit up diner-style bar, which i love. Theres also tables and maybe booths as well. Nothing fancy and has a diner type feel throughout the whole place. They have beer and wine i saw and i am not sure about alcohol. I was still driving thru so i didn't pay attention. The menu however is very Middle Eastern, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Greek etc. Food was over the top fresh. They took their time preparing my dish as there were only a few people there because of the odd time of like 3-4pm and it still took a little but to get my food. A good sign in my book. I loved everything and I ate everything. The Vegetarian Plate had falafel, grape leaves, feta salad, grilled pitas, olives, rice, and I substituted tabbouleh. If i lived in Valdosta I would come here once a week. Prices are a little high but everything is these days and they do give you alot. I had enough food to split it but i ate all of it. I grabbed a booth and was attended to very quickly! The menu is varied, but also relatively concise which I appreciated. I chose the meat sampler and added some falafel so I could try a little bit of everything. After a short wait, the food came out and it looked great! Not fancy, but certainly presentable and enticing. The chicken and kofta were really great, and the beef was good but had some inedible chewy bits included. The falafel was BOMB, and the sauces (tahini, tzatziki and house-made hot sauce) really brought it all together. The olives all had pits which I wasn't expecting! The ambiance was nice--diner vibes and a bit "lived in," but I felt comfortable and happy there. I can easily overlook the few shortcomings, because the food, value, and service were all fantastic.
