When we got her back after the 2 weeks, she was completely potty trained, her bitting was down to a minimum, and she was listening so much better. She is a lab (and a crazy one at that), so we have to continue working with her to keep it up. But the program helped give us a foundation to work with. Michael is an amazing trainer, his patience with her was so impressive. When we picked her up we could tel that they treated her like one of their own and made her feel comfortable.
