I would not trust that they care well for the pets left in their care and I wish I had seen a current review prior to leaving my fur babies here ... There has been an incident at her facility that she is not disclosing to the public. It involved a serious injury to a day care dog. This woman is not an expert. She's not a behaviorist. She has zero a credited credentials. She doesn't even know dog CPR. Which let dogs run with a bunch of other dogs on hot days. Absolutely would not recommend. My credentials are 40 years professional show handling and behavioral modification of red line aggression dogs. Street rescue of 115 dogs in my lifetime. Self funded. Go to my FB page the photos from me handling dogs in my parents boarding kennel. The first boarding kennel in the Midwest with heat/AC & indoor hot water. We had champion blood line show dogs. I was born into a home & facility...care & control of 10-40 dogs at a time. My mom trained dogs for the deaf. So ...I was her appetitence. She groomed...same thing. She trained. My dad was a professional show handler. I learned dog psychology before I could talk. I was handling 2-3 dogs at a time walking then ore show taller then I. My dad was a nationally sought after show handler. When I say Jodi Felts claims are false ...I'm not overstating it. She has little in experience. And her claims are over exaggerated. We wanted to let you know about a fantastic dog trainer (Nikki from alwaystrainingk9s.com), who…read moretransformed our fearful and frozen rescue into a playful, average dog. We adopted Pippin from a Wags and Walks, who had taken him in from a terrible hoarding situation. Pippin was neglected, malnourished, infected and so paralyzed with fear and anxiety that he couldn't function in a home environment. He also became maladapted and resource-guarded one parent against other family members in the house. He was terrified of passing cars, too scared to go to the bathroom outside, and was not able to engage with the outside environment. Instead he would have acute urine and bowel incontinence in the house with the slightest noise or provocation. We had visits with two different trainers and the best advice we got was to send him to a board-and-train program with Nikki. Nikki has a soft spot for neglected and abused dogs. In 2 weeks, she earned his trust and built his confidence by having him face and overcome his fears, including walking near people, entering a store or visiting a park. She videotaped and made highlights videos of each day of training so that we could see what was going on day-to-day and also so we could observe and learn strategies to make him successful. After two weeks of in-house training, he emerged as a vastly transformed dog, and we were equipped to help him progress further . He was also able to follow a range of commands (e.g. "sit", "down", "crate", "break", "place"). Now he is able to interact and thrive in his new home and outside environment, and has turned into a very happy and playful dog. He still has residual "stranger danger", but that continues to improve. In sum, we would highly recommend Nikki, and are grateful to her for enabling Pippin to have the life of a happy dog.

Unfortunately, we had such negative history with groomers for our feisty one, we were super concerned who would groom him! Mandee never once thought twice about grooming our Fritz. She does such a thorough job and they look amazing! Her attention to detail and making sure our dogs were comfortable was outstanding! It's a total plus that our boys don't have the stress of a car ride to the groomer and the distraction of other dogs. I highly recommend her!

She spent over 10 minutes interacting with myself, my kids, and the dog...making sure everyone felt comfortable and more like friends before starting. She even trimmed my neighbors dogs nails without an appointment when she drove by and asked! I have used other mobile grooming services before, and this was by far our best experience. She was the perfect Mix of great work, but yet efficient with her time. Our dog looked exactly as I had requested, in the amount of time she had estimated. She was very helpful with tips and knowledgable of the breed, which I appreciated. We already have our next appointment booked. Very happy customer here, and so proud to be helping out a local business owner :)
