The 1 star is because at first, Lauren w/Party Host Helpers, seemed concerned and apologetic, called me to say she is looking for someone to help me that night. Of course, there wasn't anyone at that late notice on a Saturday night. That's the last I've heard from them. Now it's been 3 days. No call, no email, no text and NO REFUND of my deposit. It wouldn't have taken much for them to call or email, extend their apologies again, and refund my money. But, they've moved on and clearly don't care.
