We have used several different companies in the past. We were never really satisfied with the way our carpets would look afterwards, some would even take a week to dry. By the time I returned home the next day, the carpets which are near 14 years old looked brand new. They were also completely dry. It's been a week and none of the stains have come back at all. I would 100% use Victor again in the future and recommend him to anyone reading these reviews. I was expecting a quote of $200+ for as bad as our carpets looked. He's just a nice guy, too. He has a very, very thorough deep cleaning system, but even so, I had to use him about every 6 weeks. After countless doggie diarrhea spots on light carpet (the dog is 40 pounds, too, so it was A LOT of poo), my place only has a few slight stains, and those are hardly noticeable. I highly recommend Victor. He's reliable, nice, affordable, and does a far better job than any other service I've used.

He patched the piece up just fine, no issues at all. He even let me borrow a small jack stand for a few days to paint the patch over. He responded to my quote request quickly, and was able to me scheduled right away. I wish I took before-photos, because the after-photos do not show how much work was done. Justin was very upfront about the stains that he would not be able to get out completely (bleach, red, pet, etc) but still looks great. Everything dried within a few hours, but we let everything dry overnight before walking/sitting on. I will be using them again to clean our bedroom carpets soon. Definitely recommend!
