A few days after the service, dark stains started appearing all over the carpet -- stains that were absolutely not there before. Do NOT use this company, they up sold me $172 for a deep cleaning. Technician Trevor told me it would take 2 hours for my carpet to dry, but the carpet was not dry until the next day. The carpet looked good when it was wet however once it dried you can see dirt line throughout the carpet where the dirt was not properly extracted. You only have 10 hours to call for them to correct the issue if you are not satisfied. My husband actually was tested for Covid while they were here. Turns out he was positive and both technicians were in my house without a mask. So I couldn't have had them come back anyways until his isolation period was over. ***** beware ***** it's the dog and pony show.... they told us one price and came over and upcharged $85.00 additional.. december 16th 2021 was cleaned. but wait there is more...... after the cleaning was done due to christmas holiday on the 24th of december 2021 the new tenant collected from 1 bedroom full bag of dirt we called on the 27th. of december 2021 they refuse to go back due to they have a 10 day go back policy. this is the most shadiest company out there.. you can do better. i am a property manager and my normal guy i use would of done a better job, but i was hired after this guy did the carpet cleaning. read more

I hired this company to clean my elderly mother's home, I wasn't able to be here but I trusted the reviews and paid 200 for a hallway, stairs and small areas of a couple bedrooms. When I tried to contact them and tell them that they left my carpets soaking wet and stinking like wet dog they blocked me then proceeded to charge my card even though they did a horrible job. This company didn't even attempt to make things right! they took advantage that she was here instead of myself and left within 45 minutes, then called me and told me it was going to cost more so I paid anyway because I wasn't here, I knew it would be a little extra work but I expected actual results! then I came to her house to see this. The entire house smelled horrible and I had to hire an entirely different company to do the job properly, which they did and left my carpet beautifully clean! Had a service scheduled for 4pm. They text early morning stating they had a cancellation and wanted to come early. Cool but I'm at the doctor so no thanks. Keep me for 4pm. Check my phone at 2:30pm and it's blown up with messages from them trying to head over in 45mins and a final one saying they have to reschedule me because they're done early and basically won't wait on me and my appt time that they as a company booked for me. I'm sorry I couldn't rush home and vacuum and move furniture in a three bedroom house quickly enough for you to finish your schedule for the day.. That said, I have carpet meaning I'll need frequent services and so I may be but one but you lost repeat work. You can't expect people to clear a day and wait around the entire day on a chance you might not stick to your own schedule. I was referred to this company by a friend. When they initially came out there was a problem with their truck and they were unable to do the job.. So they left to take the truck in and I was later told the truck was fixed and they could come back the next morning. Great-set it up for the following morning. However they never showed up. The owner of the company called me and explained the situation and offered to come back for free. I was so angry that I declined. After cooling off I called them to have them make right of the situation. They came the following day (early!) and did the job. They did a great job and kept their word by not charging. Sometimes sh*t happens but I appreciate them coming back and doing the job for free. read more
