The maids, who do the home cleaning, did a minimal cleaning and took two cleaning products of mine. I asked owner for the bottles back, as I purchased the large refill 5 gallon tubs for both. Six weeks later, I still have not gotten the bottles back even though I repeatedly asked the owner Paul and he agreed to return them. UPDATE: I found the items today at my gate, and was so happy I photographed them. Paul corrected the glitch from one of his staffers, and went the extra mile to do so. Looks like they intend to go the distance and stay in business for many years to come, by exceeding customer expectations.

Since we were preparing to sell the home, we wanted the floors to look their best and reached out to this company for a professional cleaning and sealing. The owner and an assistant came out to do the work. While the results were acceptable, we were disappointed in a few key areas. First, they caused damage to a wall corner inside the home, and also backed their truck into a rented dumpster in our driveway. Thankfully, the dumpster wasn't damaged, but we received no apology or offer of compensation for the damage to our property. In terms of cost, we were charged $875. Considering the job took only a few hours and they used readily available consumer-grade products (specifically StonePro products, which can be purchased on Amazon), we felt the price was excessive. Given the quality of the materials, the brief time spent on the job, and the lack of care taken with our property, we do not believe we received good value for the price.
