This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. It's not perfect, but we have not had the nightmare experience many have described here. Some of the contractors aren't so good, but that's not resys, and it's never been horrendous. The owners of our house have a home warranty on the place, so the home repairs are taken care of quickly. Anything we pay out of pocket is taken out of the next month's rent with no issues. We've never had our mail returned to us when we pay our rent either. Again, our only headache is it often takes too long for them to deposit our rent check. I would consider using them again.

She kept saying he showed up the second time, but I was home both days and no one reached out to me. They have my cell number as well, so that is for the birds. Even if he did show up, Connie has no right to talk down to customers, not yell , let alone talk over them. She is a a real example of Nevada Real Estate is all about: taking advantage of people for a dollar. I was happy to move in, but Connie has convinced me to move out. I am going to finish my term and leave ASAP. Anyone would have been better for the job.
