If you notice on other reviews the only time the owner responds is with good reviews. The unhappy people were-- wait.... what? Ignored? noooo..? really? Does not surprise me. They are great at that! My parents rented a house for one year. One year too long!!! When they moved to the house in (JULY!) the AC didn't work and they wouldn't provide any concessions (shelter reimbursement until fixed etc.). I had to purchase a hotel room for them to sleep. The only reason it was fixed was because it is illegal not to. The whole time they lived in the home they would put in requests for work to be done- most of all these issues were recorded at move in and were issues prior to and at move in. They were literally ignored- no one would answer their emails, calls or online requests. Which means.... Nothing was repaired. They lived with issues until they could legally moved. At move out they took out over $1,000 in fees from their deposit for items that were already problems in the home! They charged them $55 to remove a satellite dish that was already there when they moved in! They also charged for filling holes and touch up paint- which is normal wear and tear- you are allowed to hang pictures. Not to mention they also charged them $8 for a lightbulb! They had all the issues recorded from the multiple requests, including toilet issues and they charged them for these items. I attempted to email them about the deposits and they did not respond to me either. This is completely unacceptable. They took my parents money. They are taking advantage of elderly people and not doing their job MANAGING a property. This is disgusting. read more

Honestly I wish I could give them zero stars. This is such a sorry company to call themselves property maintenence. My parents have paid these people on time every month for over 7 years now. They started having A/C problems and left my elderly parents without A/C in weather that was over 100°F. This started in June and they still haven't called or showed up to fix anything and we're in November. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the maintenance department. Now my parents need the heater, especially for my dad's arthritis, and Resys Real Estate still doesn't respond to our emails or voice-mails. Do not trust this company. read more

On Aug. 31 a maintenance charge of $110 was added to my account without my being informed of it. This is the first time a maintenance charge has been added to my account and, as I mentioned previously, I did not receive a phone call, e-mail, text, notification from the portal or letter to inform me of this charge. As such, I was completely unaware of it. An unbelievable three days later, on September 1, I was assessed a late fee of $167.50 as I'd not paid the maintenance charge, of which I of course knew nothing (having not been informed of it). This too, I was not informed of. As I am enrolled in autopay I have no reason to login into the portal regularly, nor is this an expectation I've previously been informed of. Had I not logged in to make a maintenance request this might have continued in perpetuity. I'm sure you can appreciate how malignant and unprofessional this seems. As a tenant of theirs for four years now, without once having a missed payment, it seems that it would not be asking too much that they have some system of informing me when they add unprecedented charges and late fees to my account. I've attempted to address this by contacting them 5 times without any response other than that it was "under review" on 9/27. read more

I wish I could give 0 star!! I have never met such a management company in my life! I rented a house under their management and lived there 3 years. We kept the house very clean and beautiful. Whoever visited us they all said great things about how we keep the house, including the people who came from the management company to inspect it. They even said great stuff. We needed to move another house because of personal reasons and was expecting to get all the deposit we gave. (I always got full deposit back from the houses we rented before). They sent a mail 1 month after we moved out and I was happy as I finally received the letter. But I was shocked when I saw the letter!! They did not give my deposit back on the contrary They asked me to make a payment in addition to my $1500 deposit!!! If you are smart, DO NOT RENT/BUY ANY THING FROM THEM. After calling to inquire why it's taken almost 5 weeks to fix a microwave, I was berated, spoken to very disrespectfully, argued with (and I wasn't trying to argue) and hung up on! It was strange because I didn't understand why SHE was so mad. I simply asked her, did she think it was reasonable for my family to wait over a month for this repair? It was like I offended her with that question. I never raised my voice or spoke to her disrespectfully. Fortunately, I recorded the entire conversation because this lady had spoken to me unprofessionally before and I knew how this would end up and believe me its an awful look on her and the company. I mean its bad. She'd be fired at any other company but not at ReSys Real Estate! I called back and asked to speak to her bosses and was told that "Al" and "Margo" were out of the office. After living in one of their rentals for just over a month I can tell you they are absolute liars. False advertisement, equipment doesn't work as described on lease and in rental ad. Lied about great owners to work with as well. Replaced a master bedroom toilet with a child's toilet because they're cheap and don't care. Where do I begin and how much do I review without writing a novel!! I live in a gated community in Seven Hills in a decent home for a decent price with a good size yard and a pool. Upon moving in, the house was filthy! Cobwebs everywhere, scorpions crawling out of every drain, black widows hiding in corners, broken shutters, water damaged ceilings and bathrooms, holes in the wall, closet doors hanging off the tracks, a broken water softener and a broken refrigerator even though they were listed as coming with the house, pool equipment spitting water everywhere and calcium buildup on the pool tiles. Those are just SOME of the issues. It's been 2 years and neither the fridge or water softener have even been fixed. My husband and I have gone through and fixed almost all of the problems with our own money. Now, one may think that it's the owners neglecting the property and yes, that was a possibility up until I received a phone call from them stating that they were receiving exorbitant bills from ReSys and had always fixed everything that they were asked to fix. They were even billed for cleaning this house prior to us moving in and yet we moved into a filthy house. The contractors that they are working with either 1) way over charge or 2) ReSys is adding to their prices. They sent out a plumber last week to put a patch on a drain pipe. He was here 10 minutes, put on an $8 part and billed $550! What!! The pool man that came with the house never showed up on time if at all, reported us having a vicious pit bull so he didn't have to work on a few occasions, poured acid in the pool while my kids were in it, refused to clean the filters and would only replace them. When I insisted on a new pool service they assured me that the owner had to have him (Rich from Aqua America, beware)! That was until I contacted the owner and she insisted that I choose any pool man of my liking. I found a great pool guy and they didn't pay him for almost 4 months! The master bathroom has been leaking for 2 years and I have called about it many times over the 2 years. Each time they send out a plumber who insists we need more caulking. Now there is extensive water damage and of course they want the owners to pay! ReSys should pay since they neglected the problem for 2 years! They have moved offices 3 times in 2 years and now they are at an address that is a home converted into an office and mail is rejected because of it! That's great when they don't receive your rent and send you an eviction notice. Now I write on every envelope "address does exist". ReSys are LIARS and thieves! I wouldn't trust them as a landlord or a renter! I don't like long reviews but I wasn't sure how to shorten this one up. read more

This property management company did not clean the house my clients moved into it was very dirty, which was quite embarrassing and the property management company was unwilling to clean the place. Beware tenants and owners they charged my clients a $300 cleaning deposit and would not clean. They charge owners an exorbitant amount of fees and they do not do the work. There were broken items to include major appliances and my clients moved in two weeks ago and the items are still not fixed. Carpets torn, a host of items and my client could not back out. My clients drove from MN exhausted believing they would be moving into a home but moved into a house that was filthy. HORRIBLE company to rent from. I have been in a property of theirs for less than 3 months, and have nothing but difficulties from the start. They take your deposit before letting you review the lease, so you are pretty much stuck once you hand over your $$. They do not take care of repairs, in fact, the make matters worse. Now I understand why the property was vacant for over 6months. Even their maintenance man will acknowledge their poor customer service. He hated that he had to come do the job at my house because he stated that it was not fair. On top of maintenance issues.....my rent has been paid in full, and I still received a 5-day notice from them. What they fail to realize is, I work in property management and you can not evict someone for late fees alone. I will be filing a nice complaint with the real estate division as well as the BBB. Report this company what they are doing to people is wrong and illegal. They need to get shut down especially all the crooks who work for them. I wanted to post an updated current review, as I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. We are still renting that same house and have very few problems or complaints with them. It's not perfect, but we have not had the nightmare experience many have described here. Some of the contractors aren't so good, but that's not resys, and it's never been horrendous. The owners of our house have a home warranty on the place, so the home repairs are taken care of quickly. Anything we pay out of pocket is taken out of the next month's rent with no issues. We've never had our mail returned to us when we pay our rent either. Again, our only headache is it often takes too long for them to deposit our rent check. I would consider using them again. read more

I've been renting my condo with Re Sys Real Estate since April 2015. From the beginning everything went smooth and easy. Being that I relocated from Michigan most of the moving process was done through emails and phone. Catherine Bowen was the agent handling my rental and was a gem to work with. Emails and messages were returned promptly and any issues were addressed immediately. The front desk staff has always been friendly and prompt in my interactions with them. Re Sys offers online rent payment options but I prefer to pay my rent in person. Moving is stressful enough, especially across the country, but Re Sys made the process as easy and painless as possible. read more

I am Being evicted it from her home after living there for six years for doing the repairs that these landlords refuse to do we had electric shocks in our bathroom and sparks shooting out of the faucet in the backyard. hot water heater is blowing out and have gone weeks without hot water we have a pool that was needs to be repaired that had to be drained it's been empty for a year and a half with the dangerous gaping hole yet they raised the rent on us then they lied to the courts and claim that we haven't paid rent since October 2016 and serve just a 24 hour eviction notice after letting us use the $1500 to do repairs on the house this is atrocious this is a horror, nightmare company. read more

They said the look for 600+ score, bankruptcies and evictions not small collections. They lied and made up fake things saying several accounts are overdue on our credit report to not rent to us. Our scores are well over 600 my husband makes more than 3 times the rent and we have no evictions. They just wanted out credit fee money. I knew this was coming because the guy Andrew had an attitude and was lazy, didn't really want to show the place and was sarcastically rude to my husband. I have been renting from Resys for about two years now. They have been great so far! I wanted to make sure this was shared. I recently had some issues with my water heater and we had no hot water. I called Resys to have the problem fixed and they were able to have the issue resolved in about 2 days! They stayed in contact with me the whole time. I recently got through with a rental managed by RESYS and it started out well with the rental agent showing the house and being very friendly and accommodating. However, the house was not cleaned very well and after move in I discovered several areas that needed a thorough cleaning - namely the bathrooms and kitchen appliances (stove especially). Throughout the lease there were various repairs that were needed and it does take a few days for them to contact the owner and get approval - so although they do get done there is definitely a delay from when a problem is reported and when it is serviced. My biggest complaint is upon my move out there are extensive clean-up requirements such as professional carpet cleaning (that you must show a receipt for - approx. $275) and providing utility bills for all utilities showing there are unpaid balances, etc. I performed all of them, yet was still deducted over $200 for a cleaning deposit after having the carpet professionally cleaned and a maid service do the rest - leaving the house in much better condition than when they leased it to me. So, if you are considering renting a property managed by them be aware of these issues. Also, they moved to Rainbow/Alta - they are no longer on Edna. read more

I would NOT recommend going through ReSys. However, if you do, MAKE SURE YOUR READ EVERY WORD AND ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE LEASE. (I was in an extremely tight time crunch, didn't do this, and suffered the consequences.) There is nothing in there to help the tenant when there is a problem. When a window cracks due to heat and poor craftsmanship, you have to replace it on your own dime. We had multiple maintenance issues that were never fully addressed. (Ex. Sliding back door didn't latch so they gave us a too-long shower bar that intruders could get past. Lack of grout in our toddler's bathroom caused tiles to break and become sharp. They added grout without replacing the sharp tiles.) Some of their employees are friendly, others are not. Our biggest issue with them is that we moved out in the middle of a month and they didn't give us the last half of the month's rent back. We followed all of their procedures (even though they didn't follow their own) but the lease says you "may" be reimbursed the prorated amount. I would advise anyone looking to rent in the Las Vegas area to stay away. read more

OMG! This company is the worst. They renewed my lease for 1 year during the current lease. Then the day my current lease expires they said owner changed mind and posts a 30 day notice. Down right dirty! Attorneys will be on them soon. Maintenance a huge issue. Water damage, mold etc... Notified mgmt and they never followed up. read more

Great Real Estate Agency! The application process was quick and easy. Got to move into two condos within three years. The agent went through the checklist thoroughly and professional to make sure everything is ok in the two condos. If there was problems, I called them for maintenance to help me fix my dryer and dishwasher. Overall happy. read more

I currently rent a home and they were great when we first moved in but they took 2 weeks to respond to my maintenance request about my dishwasher leaking and a MONTH to respond when the sprinkler system broke, costing me more than double in a water bill. I have not had any negative issues with re sys. When I have questions or issues it is easy to get a hold of the office and the maintenance woman Andrea is very efficient and professional. There are minor problems with the condo I just moved into, & re sys is on point by scheduling contractors to fix these issues quickly. Now I will say that all contractors that I have dealt with are complete idiots who never fix anything even though they say it is fixed. Contractors are worthless, but i absolutely do not place the blame on re sys. These are independent contractors that do not work for re sys. Andrea from re sys stays on top of issues/complaints about contractors, & stays on them until the problems are resolved. I highly recommend anyone who rents to check out re sys. I feel that the wonderful maintenance employee truly cares about providing excellent service & resolving issues quickly. read more
