She gave us a tour and shared the various fun activities that this art studio offers. Art classes/creative sessions are offered all week long and are great for family outings, girls night out, date night, a birthday party, or really anytime you feel creative. We loved seeing that what you can create goes beyond just wall art. You can create your own resin drink tumbler, glass painting, fluid resin serving board, skateboard deck art, or have a patch party (decorating a hat with patches). Came here two times several months ago and didn't have the greatest experience. My friends and I…read morevisited during two separate weeks, but it just so happened that both times, the instructors we were supposed to have didn't show up, so we had the same substitute instructor twice. We took a beginner wheel class, but I didn't feel like I learned a lot because the substitute instructor had other priorities. The class started about 30 minutes late, but we didn't get to make up that lost time. And to top it off, the instructor was distracted and dropped the piece (that I wanted to keep) while wiring it off the wheel! I understand that it was a hectic day and the instructor was busy all by themself, so I scheduled another beginner class a week later. But, I had a similar experience, and I still didn't feel like the instructor had their full and undivided attention on us. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth both times. I'm sure the classes and instructors are great, but I don't see myself coming back here.

My fiance and I attended the monet lilies class on Sunday 4/12/26. We've attended the Town Square…read morelocation multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed each class. We were excited to try one at this location since it's closer to home for us. Compared to the town square location our experience here was lacking. The class was less than half full, however they had everyone squished together for some reason. The class used 7 different paint colors, as such, there was a lot of cleaning brushes and mixing on our palettes. However, the class was given just 1 palette and 1 sheet of paper towel to start. The attendant was not very attentive, requiring most of the class to actively flag her down to request more supplies. The instructor did a poor job explaining how to execute the different brush strokes and techniques. At times she would simply say "push the yellow on". In my other experiences the instructor would describe in more detail exactly how to do it (amount of force, direction, etc.) Additionally, she forgot to mention certain colors she was mixing, noticing when the majority of the class was clearly coming up with a very different color. Lastly, the woman who I assume was the manager was helping the young man working the bar on how to use the POS. He mentioned to her along the lines of not knowing how to close a tab without a tip. She began muttering how "stingy" the customer was for not leaving a tip, mentioning it multiple times, loud enough for us on the other side of the room to hear. Completely unprofessional. Overall I would say the staff need more training and to be more mindful of how they're speaking infront of customers. At the price point these classes are offered at, we don't plan on coming back to this location unless they're able to improve on this.
