Worst experience in customer service ever. I never even had the opportunity to experience the event. Why? because I bought a Groupon in May 2025 and immediately started calling to book my reservations for a trip in August 2025. Firstly, I got a voicemail LM several times. Second, I got a call back and was told that if my party was less than 10 people, I needed to keep calling back to get added to a group. (This should have been listed in Groupon). Lastly, I finally texted as it was getting nearer to my traveling dates. immediately I was told that they had space available for my dates and how would I like to pay. As soon as I stated that I have a Groupon I was told oh, I could be added to a waiting list. Typical switch and bate. Thank God Groupon refunded me my money back. Besides all of the hassle this vendor is rude. I would never purchase or participate with this vendor again! read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, ALMOST ROBBED!!! Im going to try to keep this short and straight to the point because I can write a whole novel on how bad of an experience this was, John. Our driver was horrible. He didn't tell us nothing about any historical bars. He didn't even speak to us. He collected our money and that was it. The bars that he took us to was some biker bar that was pretty much empty and some other bar that had bad pineapple juice for our drink, and we were the only ones in there, we were driving down empty street back alleys and he took us to the most ghetto bar ever. We were blocked in by gangsters and almost robbed. The $500 we paid WAS NOT WORTH IT!! There was one speaker in the front of the trolley held up by zip ties we couldn't hear the music sitting in the back of the trolley. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! read more

We did this tour to celebrate a couple of birthdays and it was so much fun! We went to bars we wouldn't have even known or thought to go to, all with a chill atmosphere and local regulars. Our tour guide, John, was fun and informative. He told us some fun facts about everywhere we went! We also got drink deals at each bar. $4-$6/drink, which is great compared to other drink prices in Vegas! We booked the day of and had no issues! Would definitely do it again. Our group ranges from 21 to 70 year olds, and every person had so much fun. Our bellies hurt the next day from laughing so hard. We were all so glad we did this while we were in Vegas. read more

Overall, I have to say this was a disappointing experience. My group of 12 and I were here in Vegas for a bachelorette party and this sounded like a fun activity to do together. We were really excited when we got on the bike. This quickly faded as we spent the first 40 minutes of the tour pedaling through what seemed like no-mans land. Fremont street was closed due to a race and since this really altered the trajectory of the tour, I think it should have been disclosed ahead of time. Seems like poor planning on the part of Vegas pub crawler. Like I said - 40 minutes of aimless pedaling - through desolate, dare I say sketchy streets before we even ended up at a bar. We only were able to visit three - I really would only say 2. The last "bar" we were brought to was a deserted casino. Not exactly the place a bunch of 20 somethings want to hang. We walked in and walked out. I would think twice before signing up for this tour. Seems a little gimicky to me. I think you'd be better off just walking yourself around Freemont street. We had a pub crawl on April 3. We originally had 10 people scheduled and I added one the day prior when the event was confirmed. I was told I needed to pay an additional $30. I paid the maximum amount when I booked and now I have to pay an additional in cash only. I thought that was odd. My son was sitting on the seat and we were rolling down the street and the seat broke. He fell off the vehicle and onto the street. It looked like the bolt broke. We had not even made our first stop and nobody was drunk. My son ended up with a huge bruise on his back. I am lucky he was ok and young. Had it been me sitting on that seat I would have probably been taken to a hospital. I don't think I would have bounced at 54. We still enjoyed the evening. My son was in pain on Monday. Nobody called to check on him. Bad business. No offer of a discount for the pain my son went through. Shame on you for not checking on us. read more

As a 2nd time rider, I've realized the driver you get has much to do with your experience on this pub crawler. The whole concept of it, and the places you visit are awesome. I've gotten to know a few of my new favorite places to visit in Vegas through this crawler. My first experience was 5 stars because our driver was fun, energetic, flexible, and super fun. Unfortunately, this time around we had an older, grouchy and unfriendly gentleman. I might even go as far as to say, rude. We could tell he wasn't in the mood to be doing this. We got the Groupon for the whole bike and had 11 people (ages 22-45). Very fun! Everyone enjoyed it! Stopped at four spots we never would have seen/visited otherwise, but likely will now that we know where they are. Interesting information about each unique stop. Would highly recommend, especially if you've been to Vegas before and you're looking for something "new" to do! One recommendation for the company - I would give each rider a bracelet or lanyard so that the bartenders can identify who is with the group. Some did not give us the discount. read more

Cycle pub it is...... Talk about having a great time and well organized operation. The downtown cycle pub is a great idea that fits perfectly into the new downtown bar district. We booked out the cycle pub for around 2 hours and cycled to nacho daddy where I tried the scorpion shot (thick skin required), atomic liquor, The D and finally Goldspike. The guide had a lot of knowledge of the area and the bars we went to, which was an added bonus. Remember to take your iPod or some great tunes from your phone as you get to link it up to the stereo. The only knock I could think of was you were unable to take drinks on the actual cycle. They said they are trying to get a license which would for sure get my group on again. Best way to cruise Vegas with a group of people! Our tour was on Saturday early evening celebrating a bachelorette party and we had a blast. I would highly encourage going with a group of fun people, checking Groupon for deals, decorating the bike before you go and creating an awesome playlist for the ride (make sure you can connect to an aux cable). We went to multiple places that we probably would have not found on our own and received happy hour prices at all of our stops. We received some good recommendations of places to go after our tour was over, of course we visited Hogs and Heifers next door. Vegas Pub Crawl was not exactly what it appears on their website. This ride was a bit rusty and crusty and definitely needed a remodel. Not the biggest deal, appearances can be deceiving. However, the music connection was not working well and we were unable to play a whole song without the connection cutting out. When doing these kinds of tours, music is the best part of it as it is what keeps the party going. The bars themselves were great stops. Phil was our driver and at first I liked Phil, he had a sense of humor and was knowledgeable in the downtown Vegas area. But.. this is where I have a huge problem. We tipped Phil at the end of the tour for his service, and I left my phone on the tour. I realized this as we started to walk away from the bike tour. When I ran back to ask Phil about my phone, he tried to make a joke about it and said "oh you mean this phone" and pulled it out of his pocket. That's interesting Phil that you had a brand new IPhone 10x in your pocket that you knew belonged to one of the guests on the tour. Nice try Phil, but you didn't get the right blonde. Next time, a guest leaves there belongings on your tour, I would recommend calling out for them as they are walking away or using the phone number that was given to you to contact the other guest. So let's just say you roll into Vegas during a monsoon...We are talking torrential down pours that turn into hail. And let's also say that you already have reservations to do a cycle pub crawl...ON A BIKE IN THE RAIN! What do you do? You man up, grab some ponchos and head to the bar. I won't lie, I was a little worried about the weather but funny enough, the skies cleared the moment we started pedaling. We had a great time. The two guys who took us out on the tour were a lot of fun. They had some decent music pumping through the speakers and really showed us a good time. Came for my bachelorette party. It was fun, but we did pre-reserve for 12 people and were grouped with another couple forcing 2 of my party to sit on the bench and not peddle. Unfortunately Fremont street was closed which i feel should have been relayed prior as we then had to go to the art district which was definitely not our scene. Our driver took us down these sketchy roads through neighborhoods that were somewhat run down for about a half-hour before finally turning down this even sketchier alley to this very scary motorcycle-esq bar "Atomic Liquor". Dont stop there, it was super dim, smelly and totally not our scene. We as a group of girls were judged the second we walked in. We ordered titos drinks and the liquor was definitely not titos, but rather was definitely something they put in a titos bottle. We then went to Bin 702 in the container park. This was not as bad and actually kind of cool however it was a ghost town so it wasnt that fun. Our final stop was back where we began at the Main Street casino. Here we walked in, were brought to the lobby bar, were told to wait one second as the bartender closed out another tab. We waited about 5 minutes and were never helped and the bar was empty, then while leaving were offered party favors in the restroom. Needless to say we left and ended our crawl almost a half hour early. All in all, the idea is cool, we just didnt get the right experience because Freemont was closed and we didnt get to pick where we went. read more

We had a wonderful time! It was our second time doing this trip, so we kept coming back for more. Beware of their refund policy! I booked for 7 people, but then called them 4 days ahead (plenty of time, I thought), and asked for a refund for the 3 people. They texted me saying they will try to get more people and led me to believe they would give me a refund for the extra 3 people. I even offered to switch the time of our group to see if combining it with another group would be helpful and save them effort. They never got back to me until the day of and no refund. Frustrating. IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM: make sure your group has the participants all confirmed. their refund policy isn't really good and they don't seem to be very flexible or forgiving. If I go again I'll just try to book a day before or the day of. read more

This tour is worth the trek downtown Vegas. The deuce bus takes you right from the strip to the meet up. The driver was so much fun and you get a discount at each location. $4 shots were a hit! First thing you should know is you are "not suppose" to drink on this LED lit bar on wheels. It is "suppose" to only transport you from bar to bar to get your drink on. Here are my tips to make this experience all you ever dreamed of..... *Pick only your coolest friends who know how to party. This is key to the whole equation equaling awesome. *Load your ipod with all of your favorite gangsta rap and the Killers or whatever gets you in the mood to fuckin' rage. This crazy apparatus does not have tunes of it's own. All good, just come prepared. *Adjust your damn seat. You may be too faded to hear the dude running the show point this out. If you are part hobbit like myself you have to lower that seat or you may not be able to sit like a normal human being for days and it will royally suck balls. *Master the art of fake peddling. News flash: YOU DON'T HAVE TO PEDDLE IN REAL LIFE TO MAKE THIS BIKE MOVE. IT'S A MAGIC BAR BIKE YOU CAN'T DRINK ON. Pretending is always more fun. What's even more fun is if you look around at your friends really peddling like this is a high intensity spin class. Just smile and wave and do your fake peddling. It's Friday night and this is not the Tour De Vegas. It's like a booze cruise on the city streets. *Tell the man in charge where you want to go. Otherwise he will take you to lame places like the Nacho Daddy or other lame tourist traps. Create your own destiny guys. *Bring a "coffee thermos or something" filled with a tasty beverage that you can disguise as water or coffee or hot chocolate. That's all I have to say about that. If you can't decode that message than maybe you should just be home playing Candy Crush or something. That's all I got. I've wanted to do Cycle Pub since spying it at The Greater Las Vegas Beer Festival last year so when I saw it on Groupon, I jumped at the chance. The timing of the posted special coincided with my birthday, so I invited 14 friends and booked the 8:30 time slot. I didn't quite know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. From the moment Kevin picked us up, he made sure we were taken care of. We had picked four bars to stop at on our pub crawl, but when Kevin shared that by following that list we wouldn't get our first drink for 30 minutes we gladly changed our itinerary to what he suggested - Nacho Daddy's, Atomic Liquors, The D, and Gold Spike. Each stop had a little something different to offer and the time allotted at each bar was perfect to take it all in. Kevin made sure to keep us on time to ensure the we made the most of our two hour time slot! At the end of the tour, everyone in the party was raving about the fun they had. Had such a great time. Now I want to do Vegas Pub Crawler every time I come to Vegas. There were three separate groups on our ride. Two larger groups and then me & my husband. We used a Groupon. All you need to do is show it to the driver on your phone/printed out and he'll take a photo of it. Super easy. We were all a bit timid at first, but our driver Jon loosened us up and kept us happy! We spent about 20 minutes at 5 spots. They were all decently close - a few blocks apart. There is no drinking on the actual vehicle. But that wasn't an issue since we were stopping and going quickly. You don't actually have to pedal at all. It's totally motorized. Also, we went at 9p which was a great way to avoid the Vegas sun. Horrible experience! I booked with this company for my bachelorette party almost two months in advance, and paid the entire balance up front! A week before the event the payment was refunded, we called to ask why and the owner told us he never received the booking or the payment. He booked out that time and when we showed him the transactions on our account, instead of honoring it he tried to get us to change dates. When I told him I had people coming in from out of town and couldn't do that he said "it is what it is". I had to rush to figure something else out for my night. Terrible customer service! A great fun way to do a pub crawl in Downtown LV and get to see some of the city besides. You can book for certain hours, or for a whole night if you can fill the whole cycle pub. They show up on time and show you a good time, and what more can you ask than that? Note: Talked with one of the guys and he tells me that Cycle Pub is expanding, but as the tourists come into town, you'll need to make reservations. They're great about working with you for bach parties, b-days, etc, so go make it happen! read more

Horrible tour. The bike was all rusty and broken down, the chains were broken on almost every peddle and the driver tried to steal my friends phone. They took us to shitty empty bars. The took us to an indian restaurant which was completely empty. Who the hell goes on a pub crawl to an empty indian restaurant. Plus the driver looked like he was about 1 needle short of his 5th OD. A HUGE thanks to Tony and Chris for making our Saturday night AWESOME in Las Vegas! These guys were fantastic! We started off to drink the famous live scorpion drink at Nacho Daddy's (which we skipped after the nachos lol). The ride was amazing! Everyone on the streets of Freemont were so friendly with their cheering and applause to our loud music provided by DJ Tony! (Tip: You HAVE to challenge these two to a crump dance-off! It's one of the highlights! Lol) Then we decided to hit the rest of the bars on electric mode since we rang up a nice bill at the bar! Sorry about the pics in drunk mode! We ended the night at an awesome bar with a dance floor (I forget the name) after the famous Atomic bar. For $25 per person on a bike with lights and music, dancing along from pub to pub, Tony and Chris really did an amazing job! We love Freemont and we'll stop there again soon! read more

We were disappointed in the crawl. We have done this is Downtown San Diego and it was very different. For starters, our bike was motorized and it did not take any work on our part to make the bike go. Part of the experience is to peddle together to make the bike go. Second, we researched the bars on their website so we knew where we wanted to go since we were doing this for a 21st birthday. We told our tour guide we wanted to go to Classic Jewel. He said "there's not anywhere to park the bike there." Hmmm.. but it's listed on the website as one of your stops. I also wanted to go to Triple 777 which is also listed in the website. Our tour guide said, "I don't even know where that is." We could've map quested it and there is signs everywhere that said Triple 777, but he didn't know where it was ‍. We did go to Bin 702 which is a really cool place. Our tour guide asked if we wanted cheap drinks or fancy cocktails . We said cheap drinks. He took us to a place that was not our cup of tea. He said it's where he hangs out. Not sure if he gets a kick back for taking us to places he recommends, not listed in the website as one of their stops btw. We ended our tour at Atomic Liquor, a place of our choice. I do recommend this place. It's a nice spot. They don't have any specials though for the crawl except $1 off their F bomb shot which the bartender said she have been told to us by the tour guide ‍ We had fun because of our group we were with, but our entire group of 9 all agreed that this yelp review was necessary and did not compare to the one we did in San Diego. I did the Cycle Pub this past Sunday afternoon and had an AMAZING time! Our tour guides were Beau and Taz and my group of girls and I loved both of them. Beau has a great personality that gets everyone excited and amped up for the tour. He's hilarious! We were laughing along with him before we even got on the the bike. The bike is actually motorized so you don't have to pedal if you don't want, which I enjoyed because I've heard other bikes are pretty difficult. I prefer to enjoy my buzz and ride around not worrying about doing any strenuous activity! We went to four bars and each one had something unique to offer. Absolutely loved Gold Spike with all the awesome patio and outdoor games... we actually ended up back there after the tour. I plan to recommend this tour to anyone I know who is going to Vegas. Totally worth it! Easily the best part of our weekend! Our tour had us four girls, a group of 5 or 6 and another group of 2.... and we all ended up doing shots together and hanging out. So you don't need a group of 14 although I'm sure that'd be a blast as well. read more

I recently booked Vegas Pub Crawler for a bachelorette party this past weekend. It was fabulous to say the least. Rallying a group of 12 girls can be dangerous and hard, but Kevin did a great job rounding us up and keeping us on track. They provide a playlist, but allow you to DJ if your heart desires. There is not alcohol allowed on the bike, but, it gave us plenty of opportunity to drink water and keep hydrated. Although the bike did break down on our ride to the last bar, overall the experience was so pleasant that it deserves five stars! read more
