Roger and Frank at VegasTickets.com are amazing. They provided white glove care to my family of four. With two teenagers, one young, I wanted a fun show but also appropriate for the kids. They not only sent us to a great one (Awakening at The Wynn), but being a local ticket company, they know the buildings and rooms better than some mega online corporation like Ticketmaster. Our seats were AMAZING and arguably the best in the house. I also like that Vegas Tickets tends to gain access to even "sold out" events because they have longstanding relationships with the venues (stadium, arena, Sphere, and casino show theaters). I went to see U2 and Dead & Company at The Sphere and once again, Vegas Tickets knew exactly where (and where not) to sit. Don't think twice. Call them (the customer service is excellent - their office is right off the strip versus some call center in another state or country), and they will take care of you. If I could write a negative star review for this company I would. I ordered tickets for the Citrus Bowl off stubhub and make sure to specify in my search that I wanted the tickets to be UPS'd to me versus and automatic download. First off, I had to pay additional for the physical ticket AND also pay for shipping AND THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SHIP ME A PRINTED COPY FROM TICKET MASTER TWO DAYS BEFORE THE FLIPPING EVENT. Why in the world would I pay to have something shipped to me that I could print myself????????? I called stubhub and they "spoke to the seller" and those bastards wouldn't even refund me the shipping. What pieces of shit. Literally. And of course they waited until the last minute to send me to damn tickets so I couldn't cancel the order and get other tickets elsewhere. Absolute disgrace. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR TICKETS. Absolute shiesters. In regards to the below review where the business owner comes into defend their crappy company, they said "you may be confused with Stub Hub, because StubHub does not disclose the seller [aka we're shady as shit and use that policy to hid out shorty service behind StubHub]." Yeah, stubhub didn't tell me you sold me the tickets, but some simple snooping skills (aka the snooping skills of a child, wasn't that hard) lead me to find this company on the return address, we're not that dumb. Don't pawn this off on StubHub, this business is crap. read more
