The attitude from management regarding the atrocious behavior of their security guard is shocking. As a good customer, consistently spending $200 here a week on average, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy not blatant disrespect or be chastised. There are so many other dispensaries in Vegas, hell, in the immediate area, carrying better products and you do not have to worry about their security being antagonistic and on the verge of violent. I treat people with fairness and kindness and expect the same in return. I will not tolerate anything else. You lost a good, regular customer. I've been coming to MMJ America for the past few years and spent well over $5,000 in products there. I bought a cartridge (1g brass knuckles) for $80 plus tax and the product was nasty / defective and they refused to exchange it for me and said I can have 10% off a new one if I wanted. (What a joke) I also had all my customer rewards points taken from me when they made the change over months ago and they didn't do anything about that either and I still came back, but NEVER AGAIN will I come back there. The worst part about this is that the sales lady somehow convinced me to buy the brass knuckles instead of the "W" that I always buy and told me how good it was and that I'll be saving money as well. It was the worst decision I made. Shame on you MMJ for treating one of your most loyal customers like garbage! I have never been to a dispensary before but was always curious. I decided to stop by here on a Wednesday evening with a bunch of noobs as well. Before you walk in, your ID will be checked. The place was very clean and welcoming. Let me just say Stephanie was amazing! She took the time to explain the items, different strains, and basically educated us on cannabis items. She was very patient and helpful. Since this was our 1st visit ever to any dispensary, she made sure answer all of our questions. I probably will never be back, but Im sure my friends will. MMJ is probably my favorite dispensary in town. Why? Because Id rather spend $100 for a half ounce of flower than $150 or $200, especialy if the THC % is similar. Id rather get an ounce of pretty good flowers for $190 than spend $150-$200 for a half ounce of "Kill". These dispensaries want $50 for an eight of an indica, and MMJ has a similar indica with similar thc % and terp levels. For $55 a quarter. See what Im saying yelpers? I just was about to go to another dispensary I recently reviewed, until I remembered I cant even use my $15 off discount on days when they're having their 50% off sale. Thats some bullshit. But at MMJ, I can buy the cheapest Flora Vega flowers, which may be drier than your average flower sometimes, but I'll still get my discount. I like that! I ONLY went to MMJ -- but not after today!! 1st off, their flowers are low quality and top dollar. I find it funny I get to pick my own drugs, but whatever. I stopped buying flowers along time ago from here. Not worth the regs taste for OG prices. I only went for the concentrates, and specifically the W name brand. I went to buy a cartridge before leaving town and wanted to buy my true and trusted product. I was steered and coerced into buying the Brass Knuckles brand, "for $10 cheaper." I really didn't want to. I kept saying no, but the sales lady insisted I would love it, she smokes it all the time and blah blah blah. Well, it was nasty, didn't hit as smooth and I tried 3 different batteries!! And there was still close to the gram remaining. Upon returning, I went into the dispensary to try to get some discount on the brand I actually wanted... they said I could have "10% off, best they could do." We 'threatened' to never return here, so they said 20%... so I just bought a nasty, "forced" sales of $80 and basically I can spend another $72 on the product I really want? I could understand if I smoked a lot of the cartridge, but it was still almost full. I DO NOT LIKE NOR WANT THE PRODUCT YOUR EMPLOYEE STEERED ME TO!! You could have taken my product back and offered 1/2 off the item I usually get. But no, they'd rather lose a customer. Good thing there are dispensaries on EVERY corner. Looks like this place will not be getting any referrals or anymore of my money. I'm sure if Richard were there, he'd want his loyal customers to be happy. Last Friday (6/11) was my first time since they changes from MMJ America and it seemed to me like everything was going good, there was 2 bud tenders and only 2 people ahead of me so it should have been a quick transaction. I went to me budtender and there were very sweet and helpful everything was going well until they stated their POS had some sort of issue. They tried a number of things before they had to reset the POS, the POD reseting tool about 10 minutes on its own. In total something that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes to complete took around 35 to 40 minutes. I'm sure this won't be everyone's experience but for me the supervisor on the floor didn't seem to care if the experience was negative although my budtender really did show sympathy and wished they could make it up to me, so the one star is for the Budtender for being awesome even if the rest of the experience wasn't. read more

Ok, first off I will say that I am not a novice smoker or dispensary goer. However this is the first one I've been to in Nv. I didn't want to go right away on the 1st (I'm not Med user) so I waited until the 3rd. I also didn't want to go to some huge place that had a line around the block. I went mid day and there was almost no line. The place was very clean and bright well staffed for the hour of the day. The gentleman who greeted and IDed me was very friendly. I waited for a little while in line and could hear a couple people in front of me at the counter. You could tell they didn't know a lot about the strains and different options in front of them. The budtender was so patient and knowledgeable and really took his time to give them what they wanted and explained what everything was. When it was my turn I told my budtender what I liked and he led me strait to what I would enjoy. He nailed it 100%. He was friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was worried bc some places really overcharge for Rec users, but I don't feel that is the case here. I got only top tiered products and in no way feel overcharged. I know there is the tax, but that's expected. For 1/8 top tier I paid $48. I got other things, all fairly priced and worth it. The online, Weed Map menu was correct and they had more at the store even than what the app said. My service was great all around and the product is good too. I will say that Matrix is such a quality product, and they carry many Matrix options. Also seems like the lowest price for Baby Jays! I will most definitely be back read more
