Interaction was not very friendly or helpful she actually sold me a mojo vape that did not work. I left and plugged into my battery it didn't not work then I stopped at a smoke shop and bought a new battery still did not work after charging the battery. I returned back to cultivate about an hour later and the girls in check in were so understanding and sweet and said it happens. There's a lot of options when it comes to the selection. I ended up getting 2 disposables for 60 dollars and for the price it was great! This location on Spring Mountain just outside of Chinatown was in a huge building. Getting inside was easy, it's cash only, and prices "seemed" reasonable (we have no real comparison being from FL). The staff was super friendly and helpful and we were in an out in no time. It's about a 5 minute walk to Golden Tiki too, so if you're out and about with no car, this location has other stuff nearby! I've been meaning to write this place a well deserved review. This dispensary is close to home for me so I'm happy to give them my business whenever I'm in need. Came here for the 2nd time last night and was greeted at the front with the ID checker, he informed us that Nevada residents get a FREE pre roll if u spend $25 or more! That's a nice deal. We opted to go with one of there sales they were having and bought a 1/2 oz called head cheese for about $64 before tax. We also got a 2 pre rolls LA Kush cake & Grape danish (one was the free for spending $25). With everything and some rolling papers we spent about $90 after taxes. The bud we got was good, you'll definitely feel it after 2-3 hits. The grape danish I was expecting it to have maybe a grape or fruity taste to it but honestly tasted like pepper which was weird, still did the job tho. But my favorite was the LA kush cake and I would definitely try that pre roll again. I really do like this location but maybe having more than one cashier up front would be helpful, there is a line to stand in and sometimes when ur up there u want to take your time and ask questions without feeling rushed by other people waiting. Cultivate recently opened a second location, but it's all the way out in Centennial Hills / Providence, which is a huge inconvenience. What's frustrating is that some of their best deals are only available at that location. To me, Cultivate is the same business regardless of location, so limiting deals to one specific spot isn't cool, especially when the Spring Mountain location is far more convenient for most people. I like shopping at Cultivate, but I'm not going out of my way just for a deal. If the deals aren't consistent across locations, I'll end up going to another dispensary. read more

A pretty good dispensary in Chinatown. Cultivate is a very small one compared to others. Selection isn't as good but there's some interesting things. Friendly and knowledgeable mostly. The prices are pretty high on things and you don't get a whole lot but the products have tasted and worked pretty well. It first seems like there's not going to be much to look at. It's a small building. The back part with the products is very small and you can look at the entire selection in a few seconds. It's not a bad thing because sometimes you're just looking for anything or you don't know what you want, and sometimes the choices are overwhelming. With the kind of limited selection there's not that problem. An interesting product is the elixir. It's about $12 for a bottle of THC infused juice. This comes in several flavors such as fruit punch. It's not much, only a tiny bottle. You have to be careful though because it's potent. Also there's the typical edibles like chocolates. The flowers are usually at least $50 or so. A pretty decent independent dispensary. It doesn't have the best prices or best selection but there's some things worth checking out. The edibles selection is kind of interesting too. read more

just had such an ugly experience I thought I'd share. I placed an order for curbside, I'm in a bit of a hurry but I'm a REGULAR here. I have a 30 min drive there and it typically takes about 5 minutes for them to get an order ready. I was more than confident that my order would be ready by the time I got there. however it wasn't I waited an additional 15 mins the pick up window came and went and I heard nothing. I'm now almost late to where I need to go I see employees outside and hanging out in the front, some are taking trash out just ignoring me entirely. which is not the typical experience here AT ALL. feeling awkward I ask security if everything is alright with pick up orders because I'd been waiting a while and I'm really pressed for time, he acted like I pointed a gun at him??? he put his hands in the air as if I was attacking him for asking him to ask the people he's very obviously comfortable talking to a question. a man that had spend the duration of me waiting walking around on the phone in front of my car then ran over to me i guess to give a false sense of urgency because all he did was tell me very rudely that he can't help me until I check in. I said I can't check in until the order is marked ready. he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up in the air like what do you want me to do about it? I repeated that I needed him to make the order ready that I didn't understand why he would come out to argue with me instead of just grabbing my order and bringing it out instead. at this point I had to go I ended up leaving the only cannabis club I shop at with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. and an hour of wasted time and gas driving. 15 mins after I left still no notification the order is ready. thank god I left. read more

But time after time cultivate continues to lack in customer service as well as product and product packing. I came in today to just purchase a couple of grams. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the wonderful women behind the counter she took our ids and we went on our way inside. Now im pretty laid back. But when a staff member chooses to ignore me and my partner by continously walking back n fourth leaning on the counter to drink her drink as were just waiting there in plain view to be helped or just acknowledged you probably shouldnt be working the front. Just go home and give the job to someone that actually cares.. I mean it was so bad the manager was actually watching this whole thing happen and decided to step in himself. They were advertising BAM hardcore og as one of their 10 dollar grams and the other was shango brand. When we got the hardcore og of bam they gave it to us in a cultivate brand baggie that said cultivate hardcore og. If its not bam then why is there a bam label on the smell jar. Cant forget to mention it was literally so full of stems idk how anyone can feel good about putting product like that out there just make concentrates with it. Ive also bought shango before and they always always have a safety seal you have to break open after taking the lid off. I opened my gram of shango and there was no safty seal and it weighed 0.8 so not only is cultivate lying about their product they are also ripping people off. Ive honeslty never been so disappointed in a dispensary espeically with how many there are in vegas its a shame they cant get their shit together. I probably wont be coming back here.
