I needed a Fob and Key for my 2023 Honda Accord EX. It turns out that Amazon assured me that fob and key programing had just been released to the "General Public." After readings the reviews for The Car Key Shop, I hired Manny. I had received offers from two other locksmiths but after conversing with Manny, decided he was the one. After he spent s long time trying to patently get the FOB programmed, it turns out thar only the dealer can do it. This review therefore is about Mannys attitude. He NEVER got frustrated and as they say, I never saw him sweat. You would think he had made a ton of money, but that couldn't be further from the case. He was calm and professional and was only concerned that he couldn't help me. He never bad-mouthed Amazon and kept an upbeat demeanor at all times. I only wish I could have handled as he did were I to be in his shoes. He will keep an eye out for me if the programing does arrive soon. Having been in business all my adult life, I only wish I had people like Manny working for and with me. He never made me feel guilty about him having to be on a Wild Goose chase. In the end, he made me feel like a friend instead of someone that had actually "cheated" him out of his rightful profit.
