But the green curry from Cornucopia was pretty bland....definitely the worst curry I have ever eaten in my life. And coconut curry is really hard to mess up, vegetarian or not. The brown rice came with some crunchy (from sitting too long). The salad bar was just okay as well. I am not sure how vegetarian/vegan meals are in Dublin, but this place is definitely not up to par in the states. Susan ordered the mussels, one of her favorites, while I went with the Traditional Irish Stew and my daughter chose the Braised Beef & Guinness Stew. I finally understood why the Guinness stew had such a rich, dark color, and I have to admit, I came home a big fan of Irish stew. The meats in the raw buffet were labeled but none of the other ingredients were, so it was hard to know for sure what I was getting and whether it was free from soy or not. I feel fine now (a couple hours later) so I think it was safe, but only time will tell. They didn't keep the buffet super stocked up and we had to ask for some things to be restocked a couple of times. They said it was because they were busy but they weren't - there was only a handful of people there between both rooms. Overall this place was alright.
