The Customer Service Associate told me to come in after 1:30 p.m. and I was seen as soon as I arrived. I went to the Parts Department and was helped by a very pleasant Associate who gave me a "Military Discount" on the bulb I needed. What's more, Toyota DID NOT charge for the Labor of installing the bulb (Fist Pump! And Fist Pump Again!) I waited about 30 minutes in the Waiting Room after paying for my bulb, but was very happy to learn my vehicle was ready. While I have read the previous reviews, I am glad to report my experience was everything that I have come to expect of Toyota after having owned one for almost 20 years. I asked WHO he was, to which she at first sounded reluctant to give his name - then after asking again - she said it was "Sean". I asked her to please ask him to call me - she said she would give him the message. Today is Friday, May 20th, and NO call has come from "Sean" - the GM! As a business owner for many years, I am amazed how businesses like this are still in business! Is it ONLY about selling new vehicles (but then) they even suck at that! I went to them over a year ago looking at trading my 2018 GMC with very low mileage, and buying a Toyota Tacoma (I ended up buying a BRAND NEW one from Brunner Toyota in Brownwood - which means they lost that deal) - I was told by the "salesman" that he cannot give me a price on my GMC and that he needs to speak to his manager and that they will get back to me! It has been over a year, and I still have not received that call! Bet you IF I ran my business like this, I would not be in business, let alone employ people who do not know HOW to speak to potential customers! We told the Valvoline people that and they tried to make us replace it with them. Said no. They put it back, but the second we get on the highway this piece starts dragging on the ground!!! We've contacted him asking what else we could all do & no respons. We ended up taking our car to the dealership instead to see what was going on with it afterwards, turns out the fuel pump that was put in was aftermarket & shitty ... the wiring was also put in incorrectly for the fuel pump. I watched them take my engines cover off to see the bolts come right off which could've caused more damage to my car by not being put back in properly. We asked if he could take the fuel pump back that he gave us & he continued to argue with us about it instead. Said the fuel pump had a warranty & we still have the old one to this day. I wouldn't waste any $ here as no one is considerate or know how to treat customers. Spent thousands here for my car just to get denied any refunds. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. It took several days for our parts to arrive, and he offered for us to stay in our camper on his property for free. He even let us connect to his electric to run our air conditioner. Bryon is an extremely knowledgeable expert in auto repair, and could diagnose problems immediately and have them fixed in quick order. Kyle is a by-the-book perfectionist who treated every vehicle as if it was his own. He's young and smart, and a fantastic person. Kelly (the owner) is a great "old style" mechanic. He's worked on every kind of vehicle and seen every type of problem. He's well versed in cars and also isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and fix something when it needs fixing. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.
