They checked the air pressure in my tires, checked the wear of the tires and recommend if going on a long trip in the next 6-8 months come back in to ensure tires were still road worthy. Great people. I live in Las Vegas and was travellng in my Porsche to South Padre Island for vacation. I was going to spend the night in Uvalde TX with the next stop South Padre Island. While pumping gas in Uvalde I noticed I had a tire problem that need to be fixed. It was not 3P on a Sunday in a small town with NO Porsche dealer and I need a tire or I was standed in Uvalde and would have to cancell my vacation hotel. I was positive a small town link Uvalde would not have me tire in stock and i would be standed for days. I call Velocity tire Sunday at 4PM and left a detailed message of my car problem . Got a hotel room. At 5PM to my surprise Estaban Escobedo the story manager got my messge and he had John Gonzalez call me. John looked up he Porsche specific Pirellli tires for my can and told me he could have delivered the store buy 0730 Monday morning . Long story short he called at 0075 had the tires, instaled them and I was on my way at 0900. Yes, we bought tires for both of our cars there right after they open. Service was quick and easy. And they were great to work with. I looked online originally for pricing through velocity, but they were able to give me an a better deal there at the shop. I was also able to use Jennifer's rides to get up there to get my car back for pretty inexpensive so it helped a lot. I recommend them. read more
