I came in for an alignment and will have to take it to another shop because I feel like the alignment was not done properly. With most alignments, there is a print out provided to show you how far your car was out of alignment. Not this auto repair shop. The customer rep lied to me three times about my car being test driver. I noticed my car leaving the facility after I made a loud statement about my car in front of other customers. You all will not receive any bus8ness from me or anyone I know that lives in the Taylor area. At 8:30 Am I arrived; at 10:37 i received a bill but my car was not test driven. I watch the car leave at 11:02 and returned at 11:09
