Wheel and Tire Superstore (Cedar Park, TX) I brought my car in for a simple flat tire repair (just a nail in the center of the tread). After taking the tire off, the shop told me it was "already damaged." When I inspected it, I saw a fresh sidewall gash that was not there before. The damage was clean with no dirt or debris, exactly what you'd expect if it happened during handling or on their machine. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied it and reinstalled the tire -- even though sidewall damage is unsafe and cannot be repaired according to every tire manufacturer and safety standard. This left me driving on a tire at risk of a blowout. I now have to replace the tire myself because of their negligence and refusal to make it right. This shop put me and my family in danger and showed no accountability. If you value safety and honest service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. read more

I was struggling with a flat tire, and my mom came and said, "Don't worry, no pressure". I came here to get two tires for my mom and I know that this was a great experience because I went to another place mistakenly while I was supposed to come here and I got slow and horrible service there. But when I called here and I scheduled a time for me to come in the next morning the lady that answered the phone was courteous and she put me in the system to make sure my visit the next morning was going to be as fast as possible to get me out. I brought my laptop and I did try to do a little work while I waited and sure enough they were done before I could even finish the work that I started. Also even though I took a picture and posted it the lady at the counter made sure to let me know that they can get a wide variety of Wheels more than I captured in my picture. I called around to a lot of different shops looking for tires and this place had the best price. While traveling to the area from Phoenix, I developed a heavy shake in my car. On a recommendation, I stopped here to ask for help diagnosing the problem: they were able to get me right in and were clear about the minimal charges to diagnose. When it was discovered I had irreparable damage to a tire, they offered me several options. They were apologetic they could not repair the tire and took the time to show me as well as explain. Probably the longest wait and worst experience we've had getting our back 4 tires replaced. A job that should've taken maybe an hour at the most took 3 hours. We looked through the window and watched the techs playing around and wasting time. They were in no hurry whatsoever. Also, one of them decided to tell us AFTER he mounted the tires that he scratched our (expensive) rims. Definitely don't suggest this shop, especially if you drive a truck with nice rims, due to the unprofessional nature and lack of knowledge on the techs part. read more

Found this tire shop on Labor Day, most others near me were closed. My front right tire on my work truck had been in serious need of changing. It was cracking, bald as Dr. Phil, and had very little life left in it. They threw a new one on within 30 minutes of arriving, and charged me $60 less than discount tire. I will be back. read more

I was looking for a nice set of wheels and tires for my 2024 Tacoma I tried to deal with that discount tire place that was a whole other field trip. They had no knowledge at all and could not answer any of my questions when it came to aftermarket wheels and tires I was able to find Wheel and tire superstore on Facebook. I text Kurt through Facebook and ask him if he could help me out. He seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about so I made the drive from Georgetown to Cedar Park to see if he could help me I arrived. I was greeted by him and his staff. I must say a very clean office and nice seating area he showed me several different wheels and tires that would work on my truck. We finally agreed on a set of wheels and tires he installed them and did an alignment all in about two hours. My husband brought in our 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie for a leveling kit, wheels and tires. We should have known there was going to be trouble when after 5 plus hours of the vehicle being there they couldn't figure out how to get the wheels off to start working on our truck. He actually had to drive down and show where the wheel lock was after telling them repeatedly on the phone where to find it. After it was finished, my husband noticed immediately it pulled to the right and took it back in. He was told their machine said it was within boundary. He drove it for a few more days before he noticed it was throwing grease from a torn boot. He brought it back in again having to take off work, they kept it all day only to tell him he'd have to bring it back again (another day off of work), but not to their location instead he would need to bring it downtown because they couldn't sacrifice a guy for a full day to fix it. Then they told him they didn't think they did it. He lost his temper at this point and they agreed they did do it and would fix it. They ordered a new right front drive shaft and he brought it back a week later. He picked it up and was assured it would be fixed this time. He drove off, rolled the window down to hear a loud screeching noise. Once back home, he looked underneath and discovered the brake shroud was smashed into the disc, the upper control arm was beaten with a hammer many times and the sway bar was loose and on top of all that, it still pulls to the right! At this point, he fixed it himself as he didn't feel they were capable of helping him and or doing quality work. We're going to take it somewhere else to fix the alignment and will have to pay to have the alignment redone!!! WTF! Don't be fooled by the cute dog in the front office, or people being nice at first, once they have your money it's a different story. We would never bring another vehicle here and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Terrible business that wasted my time and refused to change my tire causing my family to have a blow put on 45. They said one of the lug nuts was too worn and they didn't want to be responsible for breaking the stud so my husband removed it and I asked them if we could bring it back and he told me no with no good reason..
