Their app makes a last minute visit so easy. Today's visit went smoothly, wax specialist was a bit chatty but not in a bad way and she handled a few ingrown hairs in my bikini line which was above what I would expect. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to set up another appt, I don't like to do that, my hair grows so slow and my work schedule is never the same, but when I politely said no thanks I was then asked two more times in various ways, I ended up being very firm with lots of eye contact and said No, thank you. The massages were both fantastic! It was so relaxing. Usually we book couples massages and I don't like mine or he doesn't like his but this time- we both loved our experience.
