The customer service was amazing! The first time I went I had no idea what to get and the employees took the time to explain and suggest some great options. I tried 4 of their tacos and they were so so flavorful I was honestly surprised as I expected just another generic taco place. I can't even describe their red velvet cake other than being a little slice of heaven. I haven't eaten red velvet cake in years as I never liked it due to it being too dry and tasting off but when I tried theirs it absolutely melted in my mouth. The tables have paper towel holders giving you the ability to clean up any mess you make as we all know it wasn't good if it didn't get everywhere! Also their to-go containers are so cute! read more

Sure, there's a variety of tacos to choose from. So if you're into finding different types of trendy tacos, this is your place. The flavors were just okay to me. I felt like there was a huge variety that they try to make distinct flavors, but sometimes simplicity is bliss. This just missed the mark for me unfortunately. The place is awesome and service was great but definitely a one time thing for me to try when it came to the food. Just not my idea of great tacos. He showed us the menu and walked us through explaining what the more popular dishes were and answered any questions that we had. He patiently took our order with two adults and four indecisive children. They do have a children's menu and the kiddos each tried steak quesadilla, chicken, quesadilla and cheese quesadilla. We also had two orders of guacamole and chips. The guacamole was out of this world! The adults ordered the following tacos: Kobe smash burger, Mexi Cali Shrimp, Spicy Tikka Chicken, Rotisserie Chicken based on Javi's recommendation. And boy, are we so happy that we listened to him! On St Patrick's Day, my husband went to get his free hat for the first 25 guests. They said they had given them all out the weekend before. The person waiting on him was wearing one. They said oh no we don't have any more of those. If we'd known we would have went over the weekend to get one. I contacted the company and they were supposed to send us one. It is now May and we have not received it. The service here is not that great. I have had someone take my order and I've given her my phone number for the rewards and then not ever received the reward points. There are plenty of Mexican food places in town besides this one. I guess I should be glad that the hats went to the employees so that we wouldn't be free advertising for this place. read more
