DO NOT ORDER FROM VELVET VAPORS! I placed an order on 9/14/24, waited a week to check on when it would ship. No answer to my email and their phone is conveniently not in service. After numerous attempts to contact and seeing that my order was "awaiting fulfillment" I contacted my bank on October 1st and had the charge reversed. I have never had to do this in all the years I have been making online purchases. I am completely confused and disgusted by the turn that the service at velvet vapors has taken. They were great once and now they are the absolute worst business I've ever bought from. I have spent over a hundred dollars on their products bi-monthly for the past 3 years, that's a good chunk of change for me and to be ghosted like this is inexcusable. Then I found this place and Chelsey was super knowledgeable and able to help me switch to their products. She took the time to help me select what I needed over the phone and then brought out what I purchased curbside. This place is not the cheapest- but they are priced fare. They have a great selection of flavored, organic flavored juice and they do have promotional/ sale juices that are priced well below average. They have everything that most people will need to keep their smoke blowing without that Power smoke arrogance you find at some shops. The people working are friendly and easy to talk too, ask questions and you will get answers without being treated like a stranger. They will sell batteries already charged (let's face it, that's usually why I'm buying them- I'm in a bind because I don't have any batteries much less charged batteries!). Store ships worldwide. I have been ordering from Velvet Vapors since I first started using the E-cig technology and quit analogs. I think that was in 2010 or 2011, somewhere in that vicinity. I have only ordered from a couple different stores in the beginning of this adventure. Velvet Vapors has hands down the best Nicotine Liquid products available, bar none. HUGE selection of flavors, sizes and nicotine levels. Being disappointed after trying a couple of other sources in the beginning, I have stuck with Velvet Vapors. I've been purchasing e-liquid from Velvet Vapors since 2010. When I started vaping, I loved that I could order small bottles to see what flavors I liked. Turns out, a free sample that was included in an order became my all day vape. If I could order Bear Claw by the gallon, I would. A growing problem has been showing in many vape shops in tucson that has left me trying any vape shop i can find. Do you find yourself getting home to discover the juice you orderd has no flavor or no nic in it at all. Velvet is no different. Problem is i feel like i should get what i order. This was my first visit after seeing a few good reviews on it. I tried three flavors before i decided on spazberry. I requested a 30ml bottle, 6nic and extra flavor. Simple right? But once i got home and cleand my tank for the new juice i gave it a taste just to notice the nic is way to low to be 6. It was 1-2 at the most! I have been vaping for three years now...i know when the nic is off and you all should too. I vape it anyways because it was all i had at this point. Just to then notice it had even less flavor than the one i sampled in the cheap e-vod style unit i first tried it in. Come on people... Really The search for an honest vape shop continues. read more
