The address looks correct but the directions to get her bring you to the wrong place. This is located in West delray west of the turnpike. I purchased the most expensive pedicure which is double the price with the volcanic ash and paraffin treatment but I was not wowed. The product didn't have a strong smell like some of the others. Not sure I would get it again. The dazzle polish is $8 + $8 more and hopefully it will last longer than the regular manicure/ pedicure. That being said this was an expensive treat. read more

I've been to this salon several times because of its convenient location, but unfortunately, I've consistently had issues with nail fungus after each visit--on both my hands and feet. It took me a while to trace the cause, but after careful observation, I'm confident it's coming from this establishment. On two separate occasions, I had fully regrown healthy nails after previous infections, taking months to do so without using any nail polish. Each time, after finally healing, I returned for a manicure and pedicure--and shortly after, the fungus came back. Most recently, my entire big toenail nearly detached, which was not only painful but incredibly upsetting. The photo I've included shows the condition after a two month regrowth process. Despite how close this salon is to my home, I can no longer continue going there knowing this pattern keeps repeating. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and reviews its sanitation practices to prevent this from happening to others. read more

I went in for my valentines set with a specific design in mind and the guy I had was extremely rude the whole time. He told me the last person who did my nails "did a half ass job". When I showed the designed I wanted he asked me if I was sure when Valentine's Day just comes and goes and I will still have hearts on my nails and if I wanted the design someone else will have to do it, insinuating that he didn't want to do it. Had my first ever VNS mani-pedi today and would call the experience mixed. Not bad -- my nails certainly look better now than when I walked in! Just not amazing. Pros: -staff in general very friendly and accommodating, my manicurist included -wide color selection -great massages -- both hand (during manicure) and legs/feet (pedicure) were more vigorous and relaxing than usual for the basic mani-pedi Cons: -Covid safety: Not sure whether there was a rule or not but many staff and clients alike not wearing masks (thankfully my manicurist did). Amid the current Omicron wave, this seemed less than ideal. -Atmosphere: The music can get a little loud/clubby, and as someone scheduled at the end of the day, my whole appt felt like it was racing against the clock (tons of cleaning going on around us which I understand but...maybe sweeping didn't need to happen right on top of my manicurist as she was setting up for the pedicure?) -Consistency: The technicians seem to be a real mix of pros who have returning clientele and newer ones who less than spot on...my mani-pedi is a bit of a Monet -- looks great from afar but up close, there's a lot of unevenness (polish, filing -- see pictures). read more

I needed a last minute appointment for a French manicure. They made the reservation for me over the phone and were extremely accommodating. I checked in and they asked me to pick a color but I only needed white and pink coats on my nails. Meanwhile I got some coffee. I was asked if I wanted water as well. Their hospitality and service were great. The salon is nice and clean. Ann was the nail technician who worked her magic in the perfect precise way of shaping my nails. I wanted them more square shaped, which she accomplished without cutting them. I was beyond happy with my manicure. I was low on time and did not get a pedicure but they have many types of pedicures with hot stone or paraffin treatment etc. But I plan to get it next time. My first dip with tips nail experience at Venetian Nails in West Delray Marketplace was done beautifully & with such precision by Vyam. I will return in 3 weeks. I did mention when I called to make the same day appointment that I am a Diabetic & asked for a seasoned pedicure person. I believe his name was Anthony & he was very nice, professional & asked if I'd like something to drink. I saw he needed help from the young man at the front desk fining the proper match for the color I selected. He did a good job except that his expeditious start created my big left toe to bleed. He immediately put a disinfectant on it & continued. When I got home I noticed a blood line from that incident. I only mentioned that it happened to the young family member at the front. E stated the person's English Was probably the cause. I shrugged it off, gave a generous tip over 30% tip for my last minute perfect looking nails, & still gave a less happy 12.5% tip to, I believe his name is Andrew. I wished I had looked at my big toe & noticed the bloodline. Otherwise he did a good job. Next time, I will request a seasoned pedicure person who knows how to do the best job anyone with diabetes. First of all, Duke did my manicure and pedicure and he was GREAT. However, I asked for two hearts on my nails and the woman trying to do it absolutely didn't know what shape a heart is. She literally tried it 3 times. After me showing her the correct way to draw a heart. The polish is all over my finger, it's lumpy, and the color does not match my manicure which they told me it would. Eventually I gave up and fixed it myself and when I asked for a refund or credit of the $10 (!!!!?) for the design they refused. They offered to redo it but I couldn't sit for another half hour while they figured out how to do a basic shape. read more

The front desk staff have absolutely no respect for their customers' time. I make appointments, primarily because I have a particular favorite manicurist. I have walked out twice because my appointments were not respected. They are not honest about the reasons. The first time I made an appointment for 11 am on a Sunday. They accepted the appointment even though they don't open until noon, and they never informed my manicurist. They had me waiting and never informed the manicurist that he should come in early for the appointment. I found out from overhearing other manicurists that he had not arrived to work yet. So I could have waited for an hour, I suppose. Today they made an appointment with the same manicurist for 11:30 with someone else who showed up late, like 25 minutes late. She came in just before me it seems, and they said it'll be 10 minutes, which turned out to be 20 minutes and the manicurist was still working with the client. I asked what I could do to prevent this from happening, since it was not the first time, she told me to schedule appointments for 1:00. I have been going to this location for over 10 years, and they have no sense of loyalty to or respect for their clients. read more

As a local, I've been going to Venetian for years. I used to go to the Fort Lauderdale location and now the Linton location after moving to Delray. My nail tech is normally Jack, who's amazing, but he was off today and I desperately needed my nails done. I initially showed the tech dip color "005," which was a light pink. After she painted a sample, it was too light, almost white. I explained I was looking for a brighter pink and decided on color "050." As she began, I noticed that it also looked much lighter than the sample but I assumed it was the color I asked for and after a few coats it would be brighter. When she was nearly finished, I noticed that the jar of dip was labeled "05" and I remembered the color I selected was "050." I then realized she grabbed the wrong color. Sure enough, after she finished I looked at the color swabs and my nails matched the "005" swab, not "050" I had asked for... if their numeric labels weren't nearly identical, maybe they wouldn't run into this problem? I understand mistakes happen, but rather than acknowledge it and offer a small discount for the miscommunication, the nail tech wanted to argue with me. Then she brought the manager over, who sided with her and insisted that I should have told her when she started my nails. But the first layer of dip almost never looks the same as the third! And when I tried to explain the manager literally walked away while I was mid-sentence and sent another employee to cash me out. I now understand all of Venetian's negative reviews since not all nail techs (or managers) are created equal. I'm giving 2 stars only because Jack is amazing- but I'm so uncomfortable with the way this was handled that unfortunately I'll be finding a new nail salon. If you go, make sure to ask for Jack and don't waste your time on argumentative employees with no listening skills or attention to detail. read more

Typically I have my nails done at one of the Venetians in Boca or the Venetian on Lyons Road in Coconut Creek. I was going shopping in the Marketplace and knowing there is a Venetian there, I brought my own polish, just in case I had time to stop in for a manicure. The nail spa is gorgeous and most importantly, it's sparkling clean. The receptionist was cleaning between taking calls and attending to customers. I had a basic manicure and my nail tech was Flower. She was very nice but I had trouble understanding her. My nails came out okay, but she could have done a better job filing. I wound up filing one nail when I got home because she didn't shape it properly. She did a great job with the polish and overall I am satisfied. I was warmly greeted, helped right away and offered a beverage. I asked for water and I was given a regular size bottle; not a mini like the other locations give. Very nice. I am holding back the fourth star because the very friendly receptionist was coughing a lot and that bothered me. Since she was talking on the phone she wasn't always able to cover her mouth when she was coughing. I didn't like this at all and I didn't feel comfortable because I was concerned about getting sick. I am not in the Marketplace often unless I am dining at Burt and Max's. I am not opposed to coming back but I am hardly ever in this part of town so I probably won't. read more

I needed to set the record straight since customers of the unrelated Venetian on Linton are leaving negative reviews on this website. The only thing in common is their NAME! There are different owners! This nail salon is extremely organized and cordial in every respect! I have not tried the salon on Linton (even though it's closer) since I get an amazing dip it French manicure and pedicure every visit at this W.Atlantic Ave location. I typically receive lots of compliments on both! I appreciate that the owner or one of his technicians try to eliminate your waiting time by starting the removal of polish if your technician isn't ready. I wanted to have a nail service but was not sure of what type I wanted. When I asked the mangers what was the difference there response was not at all friendly. It was around 6pm when I walked in so it wasn't busy the women at the front desk ( I think her name was Bee) she was so rude. After about 25 minutes I asked how much longer would it be until my service would begin and once again her response was cold, almost as if I was bothering her. The nail tech was great I enjoyed her very much but I was concerned about the color. It wasn't the right color. When the manger came over ( Bee) she was extremely unhelpful and blamed me for the mistake in color, no apologies no nothing, she just walked away with a sneer on her face. It took the nail tech about one hour and a half ( dip nails) which to me me was way to long. I'm not sure what's going on in this place but will never give them my business again. My girlfriend and I thought the guys that worked on our hands and toes were hilarious too. It was worth the drive even though we thought they were closer to the beach. The address on Yelp is wrong. I went to my regular guy for my pedicure, and within minutes, he had taken a huge chunk out of my toe with the clippers, because he was careless and wasn't paying attention to his work. I screamed in pain! He got this antiseptic solution and put it on the wound, and kept working. He was very shaken, and did a terrible job. He should have asked another technician to take over. I had to beg for a Band- aid, and then THEY CHARGED ME FOR MY PEDICURE!!!!! This nail tech hid the fact that he injured me from the owner/manager because he was scared. In my opinion this place is massively overpriced AND scammed me. I don't know if they thought I was some dumb tourist or stupid because I'm a man but they thought they'd sneak one by me. I have been to countless nail salons from Manhattan to Beverly Hills and massages are $1 a minute. Whether a foot massage, chair massage or if they actual have a massage room- $1 per minute. It's 1000% industry standard, in Iowa New York, Malibu or Delray Beach Floirda. They tried to charge $2 a minute. AFTER! just " how long you want?" Not, "hey, by the way we charge double here!" Now before you ask, NO the prices are not written anywhere I could find. Even after my manicure and paying, to find out that they were ripping me off suddenly charging me twice why I expected- I looked all over. NO price list. And let me assure you, the foot massage was the worst I have ever had. Weak,, soft, slow and totally without intent or precision. They employee had no clue what she was doing. I suspect that this way of overcharging me off has something to do with ownership- I found You can tell who the owners are here because they all wear diamond crusted Rolexes. Someone needs to check out their nail polishes even the nail tech admitted to having ongoing problems. Supposedly due to the nail polish bottles sitting on the shelves near the entrance where there's lots of sunshine. Sounds a bit shady to me. I've heard stories of these nail salons putting something in the polish bottles for it to last longer. Additionally, i have always gotten lotion spread on my hands with a short massage but I guess they don't do that here. I will not return. The two photos are of my nails repainted. I told the nail technician after the first coat, there's something wrong with this nail polish. He said it will get better but after 3 coats, my nails looked like they were painted by a third grader. He went to the back and pulled out a new bottle of OPI funny bunny and as you can see my cuticles are bad (although my hands were dry was the excuse ) and the polish isn't painted around the entire nail. read more

I had a wonderful experience here! I decided to get my nails done last minute so I called to schedule an appointment. I scheduled a mani/pedi and then chose which specific one I wanted when I got there. The pedicure was amazing and my nail tech, Jessica, was the sweetest and we couldn't stop talking and it didn't feel forced like it often does. She was also very patient with me while I was deciding what to do about my manicure. My nails came out beautifully and she did a wonderful job shaping them even though they were fairly short.
