All three of us got gel manicures ($40) and they came out perfect. They don't seem to do any nail art, but were open to use using multiple colors and simple designs! They executed our nails perfectly and the gel lasted two weeks before peeling. The nail techs were also so fun and kind. We talked and laughed with them the whole time. We arrived on time and were seen right away. SERVICE I got a manicure with some design and it was fine. The color didn't match but she tried really hard to achieve the style I requested. My manicurist was very nice. OVERALL I paid $35 (not counting tip) for a gel manicure and got three colors with a basic design. RECOMMENDATIONS I would not recommend going to this nail salon as both me and my friend were both cut during our manicures. I was cut once in each hand and one underneath my nail. My friend was cut on her first cuticle. While my manicurist tried really hard it wasn't great overall. One nail had debris fall on it while she painted and she painted over it so there were bumps (last sand) that you could see once she was done. One nail chipped a day later which was surprising as my gel manicures usually last 10-14 days with no issues. UPDATE The business owner reached out and to update I did not complain during the appointment nor did my friend. Once I was cut there wasn't really anything to be done to "fix" the cut. We both paid in full and tipped the ladies for their time and effort.

I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. Unfortunately, I felt like there was very little attention to detail throughout the appointment. I found myself having to point out a few steps that were being skipped, which made me feel like I had to supervise the service instead of just relaxing. For the pedicure, the polish color I originally chose wasn't applying well, and instead of suggesting another option, more and more coats kept being added. It ended up being so thick that I finally asked to switch colors. Once we changed it, it looked much better, but I wish that had been suggested earlier instead of continuing to layer the polish. The dip manicure turned out okay overall, but it's much thicker than I prefer and doesn't look very natural. I also wasn't asked about the length I wanted, and a few of my nails are filed a little lopsided even though I requested an oval shape. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't great either. I was hoping to find my new neighborhood nail salon, but I left feeling like I had to pay close attention throughout the appointment rather than trust the technician. I don't think I'll be returning.

The nail tech was young and inexperienced, and she struggled with a simple manicure. Throughout the years, I have been to a handful of other Toi locations and never had any issues, so this location was a disappointment. I drove the 5.6 miles to their Boynton Beach salon and got a really good manicure, and my nail tech was excellent. They have good reviews, so if you go, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Unfortunately, my pedicure experience was very disappointing. I was at the salon for over two hours, had the pedicure first, followed by the gel manicure, and was sent home. When I later looked at my toes, the polish was clearly not fully dry and completely smudged (see photo). These were supposed to be my wedding toenails. I returned to the salon this evening, as I am flying out today for my wedding, to request a voucher for a polish change when I return after the wedding. I explained that I could not have it fixed immediately because flying, socks, and closed shoes would ruin the polish again. The manager refused, stating I had to come back within one week for it to be fixed--despite the issue being caused by being sent home with wet polish. I return three days after their one-week policy, and there was no flexibility or customer service offered. I was told the best they could do was $5 off a future pedicure, which completely missed the point. I'm now forced to pay twice--once for this ruined pedicure and again in New York before my wedding. I regularly spend over $100 per manicure and pedicure and tip generously, and I was very surprised by the lack of professionalism and resolution. While the technicians were excellent, the management's handling of this situation was extremely disappointing. I truly wish this had been handled differently.

My mom recently started coming to Ultimate Nails and said she really liked the services and the super friendly nail technicians. We were greeted with big smiles and I was shown an extensive menu of pedicure options. I went with the most expensive options because my feet needed as much care as possible after a brutal Chicago winter. At $75 it was definitely more than I spend on pedicures back home, but I was really happy with the results and can see why my mother is such a fan of Ultimate Nails. My toes looked pretty in flip flops for vacation and will feel good hidden in my boots for the rest of winter now that I"m back home.
