0 stars - i have never left a pedicure so in pain. started bleeding 3x and started crying during. & $50 for a regular pedicure is wild - i live in the city and pay less than that. wish i read the reviews before coming, haven't been since they moved locations and i will never be back

Can't stress enough what a wonderful establishment this is. No salon like this one one in the area!! From the minute you walk in the atmosphere is professional, sophisticated, and classy. There's a variety of services, from needing a polish change to some brand new fierce brows and lashes. All certificates and licenses posted. This is the real deal, all services are performed by professionals. Great for a girls/guys day out, or hosting your wedding party. Little bubbly never hurts nobody. Bring the kids for a polish. All are welcome! Yes they are busyyyy!!! When you request a last minute appointment you may face challenges. Just as if you went to any spa, you can't guarantee same day. Plan ahead, be respectful. Enjoy the salon!

I came in today for a manicure and pedicure while waiting for my vehicle to get an inspection across the street. The lady who did them was very nice and the massage chairs actually worked which I found to be a nice change from some other places. She wasn't pushy about upselling and my mani/pedi was $39. The pedicure was nice and was the base option at $26. The entire mani/pedi took about an hour. The reason for the 2 stars is the paint job. Unfortunately it is probably the worst quality paint job I've ever had. She did 2 coats but the top coat didn't even come close to the edge so all the way around each nail there is a visible edge where only the first coat is. I won't be back unfortunately.

I could not be happier with my nails. Henry is amazing and I can't wait to go back!!! I would 100% recommend Venetian to everyone

I started going here a few months ago based off a recommendation from my coworker and have not gone to another salon since! They are so good at what they do and have so many color options.

Pricey! But worth it! They have a large selection of colors and services. The woman who did my nails was very attentive and talented!

When I arrived, I had get…read morepowder on my nails from 2 weeks prior, when I had my nails done at my former salon in a different city. The nail tech here started using the electric nail filer (nail drill) on my nails to get the polish off, but I explained that my nails are super sensitive to the heat that comes off those machines, so I prefer to have my nails wrapped in tin foil and nail polish remover to get the polish off. She said that the electric filer, was the only way to get the polish off, that there was no other way to do it, to which I explained, "I undersand it's your preference to use the nail drill because it's faster, but it's not the only way. I've had my nails done with gel powder for nearly 5 years and you can wrap my nails in polish remover." She argued with me again and said there was no other way to do it. I decided to let her use the drill since I was already there and needed my nails done for an upcoming event and within minutes, was pulling my hand away in reaction to the heat--I explained again that I wished my nails weren't so sensitive to the heat, but that they are. She then spoke with her coworkers in a different language, and she insisted again that there was no other way, and I repeated myself that there was another option and didn't understand why they wouldn't just wrap my nails in polish remover. Stubborn and argumentative, I ended up leaving with a half done set of nails. Seems this salon doesn't understand the concept of supporting the customer's needs. I won't be back.

Tammy did a thorough job, removing my cuticles, trimming and buffing my toenails. She carefully applied the nail polish. I was able to walk in for the gel polish change, but I wish I had walked out before starting the service. After sitting down, I quickly realized that the cleanliness of this salon was not great. There was polish/nail "dust" everywhere, the tools being used were obviously worn, and the nail tech would rest the tools on her phone screen between uses. At one point, she used the brush with polish remover to clean old polish stains off the table, then used the same brush on my nail immediately after. The nail tech was very nice, but she seemed to not understand what shape I was asking for or my responses to any of her questions. Although the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, I would not return. The final outcome left much to be desired with uneven and streaky application and the incorrect shape. I'm disappointed that I'll likely need to go home and have this set re-done.

Pros: * Large selection of colors…read more* chairs are comfortable * great atmosphere - calm and inviting When I first walked in, I was immediately concerned that they wouldn't have time to handle my full set. I was pleasantly surprised as they said they could fit me in. This was my first time coming to this salon and really enjoyed my time there. Didn't know it at the time, but the owner began my nails for me, which I very much appreciated. Vivi was very attending and I loved that she had no issue jumping into help her employees. When I had a question about the bill, she happily explained it to me as I was confused on the gel color charge. My normal nail salon has this incorporated in their pricing. It made sense once explained. UV Gel full set $60 Stiletto shape $5 Gel color $15 = $80 Will definitely be back again - had a great experience.

As my hand would sit in the bowl, they had it covered with a dry washcloth. The manicurist were alternate between soaking up and scraping off the polish. As my hand sat in the bowl, the washcloth ended up getting soaked and they just covered my hand again and again with the wet washcloth. I told the technician ahead of time that my nails were very thin and she nodded as if she understood. As she removed the polish, she wore through a couple of my nails, where one tore at my fingertip. Course files were used the entire time, and the area around my nails, ended up being raw. There was no consistency in shaping the nails, I actually left worse off than when I came in. Polish was applied on thinly and unevenly, and required lots of cleanup along the way. Even with the cleanup, I still left with polish around my nails. There was one UV light on the shallow and cramped station, and as one hand would cure should be polishing the second hand on top of the UV light. The manicure seemed to take a long time and I could feel the tension in my back from the way I was sitting. The seat sloped downward and you had to adjust yourself to be sitting straight, coupled with my armed constantly being raised due to the height of the UV light. I left here knowing I had to fix the shape and remove the excess polish once I got home. Avoid this place.
